The staff at this hotel was very friendly. The room was clean. Good value for the money.

The size of the room. No elevator outside unsupervised entrance to the hotel rooms very unsafe for a single mom. There was no elevator. The hallways were open to the outside. No security to enter outer hallways. I was on the second floor with very small children. Was very scary to come to at night with them because there was open access to the rooms.

My room was clean and had a great bed and pillows. So often the pillows are awful in hotels but not here. My room had a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave which was perfect because I had to stay in Murfreesboro a long time on family business. The owner, X, was a sweetheart. He made sure that I got everything I needed to make my stay smooth. The coin laundry was a life saver. And then, there's X, a jewel of a desk clerk. She is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. X, the other desk clerk I met is also a winner. You can tell that my stay there was long since I got to know everyone's names. HI X! Ramada Limited in Murfreesboro isn't the newest hotel in the area but it is a solid choice where you can feel secure and at home. The breakfast spread was ample. My only suggestion is maybe some more fruit or hard boiled eggs. X is improving the hotel constantly and bringing it back to, and beyond, what is expected. One nice touch is the breezeways. No long, dark, gloomy corridors. Fresh air and sunshine rule. Thanks to all of you at Ramada Murfreesboro!

This was a nasty hotel...the room had lumpy beds and the carpet was a disgrace. I asked for the room to be cleaned by putting out the sign (which looked like the do not disturb sign) which asked for a room refresh. I came back expecting the room to be clean and fresh towels in place -- wrong no towels unmaid beds and I will NEVER stay in a Remada again.

The staff were friendly -the only redeeming part of the hotel. Stained carpets, shabby decor, poorly patched walls, odor, the doors were left open at the entrance -no security. I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. I have stayed at several Ramadas, and have always loved them. When I scheduled through Priceline, I was told to request the type of bed I wanted when we got there. When I arrived, there were exactly 2 cars in the lot, and the staff told me that I had reserved a room with 2 double beds. I said I wanted a king size bed, and was told there were none available. The carpets were stained, the curtains dingy and faded, the whole place had a foul odor, the bathrooms were so small that you had absolutely no room - it was like a restroom on an airplane! The room we stayed in had three different wallpaper boarders, and had patches all over the room. The wood on the dresser was scratched and dented - showing the bare wood underneath. The remote control didn't work for the TV, there was no ability to rent a movie from your room, and the vending machines were 97% empty! Never again! Would not recommend.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Hotel lobby and hall way smelled like someone had just finished smoking and there was also an over powering musty smell. Wall paper was yellowing looked poor. Room has not been updated in years and desperately needs it . Area the hotel is in has poor choices for restaurants. I would instead stay at exit 78 where there are more restaurants and nicer looking hotels for an extra $10 a night. Room was only $60 , so I guess it is true - you get what you pay for.

The hotel staff was very friendly. We were late getting to hotel. I called and they said there was not a problem. The hotel was clean. I was very impressed with the comfort of the bed. I have back problems, so I was concerned about the bed. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The hotel was in just the right area for us. We were very satisfied with the hotel.

We arrived about 10 P.M without a reservation and the hotel owner was very friendly and informative about the room. There were not many other guest from what I could tell. The room was dated and the AC/Heat unit was old but worked great. The Bed was cumfy and the room had a microwave & Fridge. This place could use some remodeling but for the price it is great!

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Check in was a breeze. Room had a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Not a fancy room, but a good place to stay if you need a room for the night. On the down side, the bathroom was very small.

Very old. Musty smell. Dirty. I will not stay at a Ramada again.

"stayed one night while on a week road trip. Was a good place to sleep for the night, but the bathrooms need a good updating/cleaning. Good variety on breakfast bar."

This is one of the saddest looking hotels I've seen in a long time. It has not had any renovations since the 1980s. Everything is outdated from the ugly wallpaper to the pictures on the wall. The bed slept fine. My husband disagrees. There is a train that runs right behind the hotel and honks late at night. Don't stay here if you are a light sleeper. The hallways are dim and dingy. The pool did not have any water in it and it was the middle of June! The only good part about the hotel was that they had Belgian waffles. The rest of breakfast was not that exciting- store-bought muffins, cereal, and bagels. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is not worth the price.

Ease access for my workshops. I would like to have had a few more items in the fitness room. Older hotel well maintained and clean. The complementary breakfast was good and the staff very helpful.

"The staff was extremely nice. The pool was excellent. However, the hotel its self needs some renovations - it looks quite dated, the furniture appears worn out, and the hotel smells funny, quite musty and old. I would recommend it only if you do not plan to spend much time in the hotel/room at all. Breakfast was wonderful. Good value for the money."

Pleasant staff. Location is terrible. This hotel is not in a pleasant part of town. Additionally, none of the doors to the outside (hallways, lobby, etc) are locked so anyone is able to get inside, undermining any added security of room doors that open to the inside. Features include an old-fashioned key system (not cards), tiny bathrooms, old outdated furniture and decorations. The continental breakfast is fairly average, and the lobby appears to have been renovated more recently than my room. There was a stain on the wallpaper in my bathroom.

Much better than the reviews I read. When I read the reviews, I was very apprehensive about staying there. What a pleasant surprise it was to find wonderful beds, pillows, clean baths, wonderful shower, and lovely breakfast room. Although it was an older motel, it was nice.

It was clean. The breakfast could have offered some protein items. The hotel was pleasantly satisfactory. There are really no complaints. I enjoyed my time. It was quiet and clean. The staff was very accomodating.

Kept clean, guiet, efficient breakfast. Open doors made it cold, smelled cigarette smoke in nonsmoking area. This hotel was most sufficient for our needs. It was quiet and good breakfast. Open doors in all hallways made it cold.
