The Ramada Inn was very comfortable and close to Wal-mart and a theater, both within walking distance, and several resturants. We were there in November so the outside pool was closed, which was the only bad thing I can think of. After we got to our room one of staff came and moved us to another room because that one they have been having trouble with the door not opening. I thought that was nice, they could have just let us suffer with the bad door, but they didn't. Overall we had a very nice, although to short, weekend away!

I booked a standard double bed room (the only option for a double bed on the site). After check-in, I went to the room and could not step into it due to the strong odor of smoke coming out of it. I asked for another room or a refund and was refused assistance by the staff. I was finally, after about 2 hours, offered a single bed non-smoking room for my family to stay in. They were kind enough to offer some extra blankets (WOW). I had to accept it or lose my money. If you do not mind smoke, it is an excellent location for access to the interstate, area attractions, dining, and shopping. If you want a non-smoking room, LISTEN and go somewhere else!

I was traveling with my husband, my 2 year old daughter, and my disabled mother. I called a few days before my stay and explained my mother was not able to climb stairs very well, and they said that they could make a note in their system to give us a room on the first floor. It must have worked because our room was on the first floor, right in front of the handicapped parking, and right next to the pool!! It was great!! I got exactly what I needed, AND WE HAD WONDERFUL TIME!!

The staff was friendly. The lights would not work. The only 2 lights that worked were in the bathroom and by the bed. The hotel was ok. I would have much rather stayed in the one behind it and I think that $10 was more on the internet.

We were passing through with family from Mooresville. Great location and lots of restaurant within mile of hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful and even called to see everything was okay with the room. Rooms were ery clean, bed was new and very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderfull.

Large room; had microwave and refrigerator;staff switched our room when we noticed smoke smell (we ordered a smoking room, but were in town for a funeral and didn't want our clothes to smell). Staff very accomodating. Continental breakfast good. Location easy to find.

Priced right, and right off the way. Would prefer not having an outside door. Fit my needs for an overnight stay. The micro and fridge were welcome. We did not have a channel listing for the TV. That would have been better than channel surfing to find something to watch.

my family and i arrived from n.y. at 2:00pm but check in time is at 3:00.they let us check in anyway.that was great.the lady at the desk understood that we were tired.the rug could have been a little cleaner though.the pools okay.no one really used it.i liked the area for location.there's a small mall with a theater and a walmart within walking distance.my family and i will return.

This was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our entire vacation and it was the best price we paid too. The staff was friendly, room was large and clean, internet was fast and free and there were restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Beautiful hotel and great location for a great price. I will stay here the next time I visit Mooresville.

I really don't have anything good to say. I didn't like anything - it just wasn't clean... There were dead insects in sight and when my husband told the front desk the response was did we want to leave - we had reservations and couldn't go anywhere else late in the day so we had to stay.

Ordered a non smoking room, when arrived they gave us a smoking room, when we were moved to a non smoking room they charged us * per day extra. Also our first room only had one chair, when we said we would be there for a week and could we get another chair they said that room only comes with one chair, sorry. Will not stay here again.

The cable TV. The wireless internet. The way the room was nice and clean. The A/C did not work. Only the fan. This hotel is a nice one if you are going to stay just a couple of nights. The room was really clean and the staff was friendly.

It's just average. About what I expected until I lifted the toilet seat and it almost fell off the base. Hard to figure how any maid could ignore that type of thing w/out contacting someone to fix it but that's the way it was when I got there and it never changed during my stay. Definitely show how the place is cared for. There are a number of competitors within a stones throw so consider others or go down the road a little further.

Had fridge and coffeemaker. Housekeeping was a little lax; found food in the fridge from last guest. Reasonably clean and comfortable. Nice amenities like fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, iron. Was perfectly adequate but probably won't stay here again.

we came here for our son's graduation. rooms were clean and comfortable. staff wes great and was available when needed. breakfast display was good. We recommend this hotel to everyone since its convenience to everything in mooresville and its security
