Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Walls could be sound proofed..could hear people next to us. The continental breakfast was ok..had to make your own waffles and biscuits .Microwave kept blowing the breaker..very very small area where the breakfast was served hardly any space to walk and only seats for 8 people...suggest wafflehouse next door..

the location of the hotel was fantastic. plenty of eating establishments and a wal-mart close by. it was also right off of the interstate. i did however find a cockroach in my room. other than that, it was a decent room.

The location and price were great. The indoor pool and breakfast bar were great features. I would have liked a private computer.

The room was very clean. We stayed on a Sunday night and the whole hotel was very quiet, we had the heated indoor pool to ourselves for an hour and the kids loved it. The breakfast bar had a good selection including biscuits, gravy, and a waffle machine. The staff was helpful with the check-in and other questions we had.

Checked the rooms prior to checking in---rooms passed the 'clean test' right off the bat----small rooms but fine for the weary traveler who just wants to crash for the night--hallways smelly--older facility but clean room---breakfast room very cramped and busy---disappointing indoor pool facility----slow ice machine as well

When we got to the hotel, my husband was extremely disappointed. The "mountain view" consisted of a wall of rock littered with trash. The walls and floors were very thin. When walkin in the hall you felt as if you were going to fall through it. We had a second floor room with NO elevators or help to bring luggage upstairs. Though we booked a nonsmoking room, it smelled of smoke. The breakfast area was miniscule with a very limited selection. There were a few flies in that area also. When we asked for another pillow the desk clerk (who looked like a character from Fraggle Rock) said there wasn't even one spare pillow. My parents also stayed at the same place, but had a much better room. I don't believe we would stay here again. There were several other hotels in the immediate area to choose from.

The online price is for a room on the 2nd floor way back in the last row that looked very scary. There was no parking back there.. only a ONE row parking in a dark corner. I paid $10 to upgrade to a room in the front. I'm very disappointed in Orbitz for the booking.

Great location. Small. Overall, our stay was OK. The guy at the front desk (in the afternoon) was very rude and unhelpful. The rooms were small, but clean. The water pressure for the shower was GREAT! Free breakfast was okay. Lots of carbs and starches, could've used some protein or fresh fruit. The eating area was tiny, but helped us meet some new people by inviting them to sit with us. Overall it was okay.

We had the WORST experience here! This should be removed from online travel website PERIOD! We should have known when we checked in and there were people complaining. We got our "non-smoking" room that was on a smoking floor (so smoke came in our room regardless). I am pregnant and couldn't stay in there. When we tried to work something out with management (and tried to get a room that had a door opening to the exterior), they were VERY unhelpful and unwilling. And (once again) there were more people down there complaining. After arguing with them about our smoke filled ?non-smoking? room, we finally called online travel website and was reimbursed. The management made it clear to inform us that they would not do that for anyone and only did it b/c I was pregnant. So in other words?don?t get trapped into this hotel!!! The pool was GROSS! And the breakfast was terrible! Buyer Beware!!!!! It's not even worth the deal online travel website can give you!

Very small - hard to get ready with evertyhing in bathroom - really no counter space or space for luggage. Tons of light comes into room at night - from parking lot and street lights - room does not get dark - My feet were dirty within a few minutes after shower from walking on carpet. Linens all seemed clean and room for the most part. Towels were very small and thin. Front Dest lady looked liked she got out of bed and arrived at work - very messy apperance - I am not sure she even combed her hair. this made me wonder about the management of the hotel. Would probably not choose this hotel again. We did not eat the breakfast provided - small area.

Nothing. Everything. This hotel was nasty. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here for any reason.

"We only stayed here one night as a stop over on our long drive, checking in late, sleeping and leaving straight away. The room was clean although a bit shabby and the bed was comfortable. Although we didn't eat it, breakfast included hot entrees, which I should've taken advantage of! They also switched me to a non-smoking room because they mistakenly had me in a smoking room and were pretty friendly about it. Good experience overall."

Once I check in our van broke down, it was just me and my daughter. The Front desk clerk and the management there were happy to see if they could help. They were able to get me started and sent me to the nearest parts store. Had it not been for the people in the office my experience could had been so much worse and more expensive as it turned out all I needed was a battery and all well. The rooms were small, but they were clean. I was on the top floor and we had a great night of rest. It really is in a great location.

The indoor pool was nice. The dining area for the breakfast was way too small. This is a nice hotel. The room was clean, the king bed was comfortable, the heated indoor pool was great for my son. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, it included eggs and sausage along with the usual items you would find on a continental breakfast. The dining area was too small but was manageable.
