This is the worst property i have ever visited, Staff is least professional and highly irresponsible, these guys seems to be making a fun of hospitality industry and this place has the most arrogant staff. Take my words they don't seems to take care about their customers at all. They are full of abusive language if any one dare to say anything to them.

I've stayed here in the past but only because its the only hotel in town. Over the past 3 years the care of and for this hotel has went down drastically. If I had a better option in this area I would gladly take it.

Continental breakfast was ok. Room not very clean, dirty comforter and carpet. This hotel served its purpose as a place to stay on our way south. I was not impressed, but there really aren't many choices in this part of Arkansas.

Our hotel room reeked of cigarette smoke. Even turning the air conditioner on did not help.The mattress had plastic covers on them, making them extremely uncomfortable. The room was showing signs of wear, ie, the batteries were taped into the back of the TV remote, the tile in the bathroom was cracked, and the veneer on the furniture was coming up in places.

Television was good. Curtains would not completely close and security light came on every 30 seconds and lit my room like daylight. Pretty typical of the area, there are no decent hotels within 50 miles of Lake Village. I had to stay there due an appointment in Dumas, AR the following morning. Will probably stay in Jackson, MS in the future if Harlow's Casino Hotel is unavailable.
