It isn't that the hotel is so horrible... but it IS being remodeled and some things are obvious works in progress (i.e. bath had new fixtures, but bathroom door damaged and damage to wall by doorknob, old door numbers removed, new ones afixed to the side, but the door still needed to be repainted, etc.) and it's not a bargain with many better values available in the area.

The staff was friendly and helpful. A good solid hotel (motel.)

it looks like it's a new Ramada and an old something else (the sign is new)... they're remodeling while staying open... for example my room (of 3) had new bath fixtures... but still had a hole in the wall from the door (and still no door stop to keep it from happening again)... construction trash trailer sitting on lot... breakfast wasn't much... luckily there's a shoney's down the hill. it would be a good location for a SW Radio buff (top of a hill) but isn't a good value given the other options in the immediate area. if I hadn't had a pre-paid reservation I would have gone elsewhere and paid less for an equivalent room.

The staff was friendly. It was very dirty, and there were bugs and hair all over the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. First of all, it was not a hotel at all. It was a motel The rooms were dirty, and I saw several bugs. Also, the beds had stained linens and hair on them. I will not be using this place again.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. Only problem with the room was the phone didn't work, but we had cell phones anyway. No refrigerator or microwave. Near many restaurants, shopping areas. Would stay again.

Convenient to interstate and inexpensive. A very old building trying hard to stay presentable. An economical place to stay that's in reasonably good condition for an old structure. Only one ice machine in the center of the building, bottom floor. With stairs only at the ends of the building, it made for a long hike to the ice machine. The firm mattress seemed to get much harder toward morning. The wireless web was an easy sign on.

Staff was very friendly, and bed was comfortable. Remodel finished work is not very good. We only stayed one night in the hotel and did not wake up early enough for the breakfast. All in all the room was clean and the staff very friendly. The AC/heating unit was the bomb, it kept the room at just the right temperature all night, we didn't even use any covers, and no getting up all night and adjusting the temperature because your freezing! The only thing I didn't like is the remodeling work is not so good, for instance the caulk around the tub was patched even though the old caulk was very yellowish, and the paint in the corners of the ceiling was peeling. But all in all for the price I would stay here again.

when we needed new towels or bedding we had to get it ourself. 6am sunday morn awakened by housekeeping beating on the door. When we replyed its 6am she told us to put the do not desturb on the door, if we didn't want to get up. nasty floors and old, and not well kept. Desk clerk was the only nice person.

The pool was nice. Rooms could have been cleaner/continental breakfast was bad. Continental breakfast was very bad, ran out of most of the food, no one there to replenish. Front desk staff, an older gentleman was not happy to help out and you could hear him several times calling a manager to tell them about the young Mexican girl did not show up again. I found this rude and insulting.

Easy to find. Less basic than a red roof inn. Easy to find. Very, very basic accommodations. God number of TV channels (not found in many higher priced hotels). Basic amenities. Would not stay here again.

I would not stay here again The room was down right ugly and not inviting . Greem ugly outside looking carpet pool area right in the front no trees or shade looks country
