I liked the free passes to the local YMCA, but I would not have known about that if another guest had not mentioned it to me. Also, the desk attendant was unable to give me proper directions to the YMCA. I consulted the phone book for their address and called to find out where they were. Breakfast was better than most places I've stayed, and the special rate made them competitive with other motels in the vicinity.

I have stayed at this facility under the previous management. It was a decent place then. I booked the room for 2 nights on this trip and on the 2nd night found bed bugs crawling on the wall. 2 that night and 1 in the bathroom on the ceiling the next morning. I performed a thorough inspection of the bedding and mattress areas and found no signs of infestation. I took one of the dead creatures to the front desk to inform the young lady on duty of my discovery so she could inform management. I can only assume that with the obvious renovations taking place that a nest of these bugs had been disturbed and they were moving about. Since I was leaving at 3 AM the next morning and could not find anything indicating they were in any of the bedding I stayed in the same room. I would probably go back after determining if the problem had been addressed. Nice place, considering. Just FYI

Again, finding that the booking on line was quite a bit more expensive made me very angry and we won't use Orbitz in the future.

Staff, amenities and price. Floor wasn't vacuumed. This hotel is located conveniently off the highway and near a variety of restaurants and a shopping center. The staff was very nice and so was my room. I will stay at the Ramada Limited again.

This hotel has not done any "spring" or when ever cleaning. I cleaned the air unit before I even turned it on. Mold!!!! The bathroom sink drain hole was so caked, It made me gag. I spoke with frontdesk, They said they were new Management and hope to get to it. Oh well, what can I say. The room was more sanitized when I left.

Female hotel manager was extremely unfriendly. Only wanted to stand outside an smoke. No one ever went above and beyond what they absolutely had to!

Newly renovated andcost efficient. No mini fridge in room. It's cost effective and newly renovated. Free continental breakfast was good. They have a waffle iron.

new ownership - could have gotten the rooms cheaper directly through them. [recommended calling motels direct for lowest rates]. wallpaper was stained and ""weeping"" something ... overall cleaning not good. location was good for our needs.

A bit out of the way, so we arrived late. Staff was great and even called to make sure our room was alright. Don't count on their food.... We hit the closest place late at night, Waffle House. Very comfortable and a pleasant stay in the mountains.

First desk clerk very friendly in guiding me to Inn. Had to walk thru smoking rooms to get to mine, ice machine broken, and smelly garbage at back door. More expensive than other 2 stars in area, little to show for it. Desk clerk tired and disinterested at checkout. Will try another hotel on next trip.

The managment of this Ramada Inn was unspeakably terrible. This filthy excuse for a hotel boasts the most wrecthed of all owners. When my wife and I inquired why they charged for dogs when they have never charged befored, she (the owner) called my wife a ""liar"" and accussed us of ""theiving"" her of a petty 20 dollars. As for the hotel itself, it would be helpful if all of the guests were deaf, beacuse the highway noise is unbearable. ABSOLUTELY INTOLERALBE!

The location was perfect for our needs, centrally located to the places we wanted to visit. Great location. Not on the interstate, so traffic noises were not a problem but one block off the main highway. Quiet. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again.

Lobby was not clean. Had to wait 30 minutes for hot water. Coffee pot but no coffee. Cramped room.

The main light over the bathroom mirror was not working and there was no sound on the house phone handset. After changing rooms the second bathroom light did not work, it was fixed during the day. There was only warm water for showering on the first morning.

The included breakfast was nice with a lot of selections. It does not have a pool. This is a basic hotel with no pool. It smelled fine and was clean. We found this to be true, also, but had no noise problems (other than from our own children).

"The hotel is poorly taking care of. The sink and the entire counter top were falling down. Breakfast was horrible: old donuts, and plain oat meal with not even any salt."

The Ramada Inn Limited was a comfortable stay. The room was large, though didn't understand a smoking room was also a room to meet the needs for handicap quests.(Bathroom)The continental breakfast was good. It was located very close to various restuarants & shopping which I found to be a Big Plus. It was also close to the freeway & local attractions within the area.

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. No complaints at all. I visit Hendersonville four times a year and have stayed at most of the 2 star hotels in the area. I would definitely make this Ramada my first choice in the future. Newly renovated, very clean, and extremely comfortable bed.
