Close to interstate. Amenities, poor attitude of staff, run down facility. I was really disappointed that Ramada put their good name on this particular facility. The wireless Internet was inoperable, the front desk had no disposable razors or combs for travelers who forgot, the breakfast cereal was stale, the donuts were nearly stale (definitely not fresh) and the bananas were way too ripe. The hallways are dark from lights being out and our hair dryer was inoperable in the room which was a big deal for our teenage daughter. We just all expected more from Ramada.

The room itself was fair. It was run down, but clean (except for the underwear that I discovered had fallen behind the dresser on someones previous stay). The pool was so over chorinated that your eyes BURNED even being in the room. Our swim only lasted a few minutes before we couldn't take it anymore. (not worth getting 4 kids in suits & showered afterwards) The continental breakfast was less than fresh. The donuts & fritters had been purchased elsewhere and then frozen. You had to microwave them before you could eat them. The employee seemed put out if you asked for anything in the breakfast room. Maybe thats because the breakfast employee was also the front desk clerk, laundry room worker, & the housekeeping coordinator. The hotel needs some general updating and is in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint. I normally don't take much notice of hotel decor, nor would I base decision to stay on it, but for those of you who care- it was very plain & what was hung on the walls was ugly. Would not recommend this hotel.

Attitude of the manager is too bad. This is the worse hotel. The manager is not friendly and made me and my partner felt uncomfortable. The breakfast is the worst too.

Given a room with plugged toilet then given plunger to use for night. Room and hallways were dirty and smelled. Higher price due to Watermelon Days of which guy at front desk said they were tired of. Definietly the last place on earth to stay.

Moderate price for last minute booking. Charged extra for one adult who was not in original count. Front desk attendant was rude. If you don't like the hospitality industry find another profession. Charged extra for an adult who was not included in original count; harassed us about ages of toddlers under age of two. Book a room at a different hotel or drive the additional hour either wayto stay at a more family friendly establishment.

We stayed at the Ramada because it was the least expensive place we found online. There are several motels not online. The other motel we wanted to stay at was full. The hot tub was broken and after a long day of driving we had looked forward to using it. The restaurant recommended by the front desk person was pretty good and very close. We did not use the fitness facilities. The area around the motel is bleak.

The hotel was clean, very modest. There was free breakfast, but the breakfast was way too limited. We ended up having breakfast elsewhere. Nothing fancy, but clean. Clean sheets, clean bathroom. Had fridge and microwave. I do not care much for the fancy staff especially when this is not a romantic trip, but I care a lot about hotel being clean. And the sheets and bed in general was clean. Sheets were relatively new. Though it felt like pillows and mattress were covered with a protective plastic cover.

Stayed here only as a nights sleep on a long road trip. Chose the hotel because it was cheap and allowed dogs. Room and bathroom were clean except for the sink did not drain. Also, the bed was quite hard and the TV did not work. For the price, and the fact that all we needed the room for was a couple hours of sleep, it was a good value.

It was clean and close to the interstate. Lots of light in room, staff unfriendly andcontinental breakfast poor.

There are so many hotels in Green River, pick another! We chose this one thining it would be a typical Ramada, a little better than the rest. We were wrong. The wireless internet for the hotel didn't work, we ended up using the wireless internet from the hotel next store. The smoke detector in our room was painted over. The ceiling fan blades had been removed. When I asked for trip rewards credit after the stay, I was told no because I got a travel website discount.

Clean. Parking lot not cleared. Hotel in a hole & parking lot was snow packed & with ice - it was not cleared. Other hotels in area were clear. Mentioned it to the agent in evening, morning a big van was in the ditch because their lot was not cleared. I had to make 2 runs to be able to leave lot.

Nothing--Leaving. The manager and staff were awful. The only exception being the worker who cleaned up breakfast and was obviously not related to the family. Never stay here. Owners are cheap, liars and rude. Hotel smells of smoke in non-smoking hallways. Pool was eye-wateringly over chlorinated. The owners try to get ever penny from you, by giving you the crappiest room possible and then saying you can pay to get a better room.

It was clean. You had to pay more than you paid. N/A

Not much. The desk clerk had a poor attitude. This hotel should not be classified as a two-star hotel. The room was in need of repair and the bed was too hard. They left the side door unlocked where anyone could enter the building without a key.

Nothing. We were totally unimpressed. The breakfast was cinnamon roll and hot orange juice. My biggest disappointment was his complaining about your service.

Nothing. All they had was the room with one king size bed. The night staff recommended and called about a room 2 miles away that had 2 queens. He said it is a locally owned Budget Inn. We went to see it. The room they tried putting us in smelled moldy, the light did not work, the room numbers were taped on the door, and the staff told us no one had used this room in years. This room was unacceptable and returned to the Ramada within 10 minutes. The same night staff person seemed angry that we did not take this room.

Clean. Non air-conditioned lobby. We stayed at this motel on a very hot day (104) and the lobby was very warm. The manager was courteous but not overly friendly. We tried to change the accommodations to first floor because my wife is disabled, but were told everything was booked on the first floor. Later that night I noticed that the parking lot wasn't even one-third full.

Friendly, caring, all good things. NA. The staff was nice and friendly and tried to work with us. The rooms were very nice and stocked.
