The hotel was old and run-down, uncared for. Consider this hotel only if you are short on funds and want to shop at the outlets. The beds were horrible and the hotel is in desperate need of renovation.

Found staff friendly at front desk. Property was not very appealing, pool dirty, washer did not work. Found the room so-so, although it did need a remodel, air conditioner was a little noisey, pillows were terrible. Try another hotel, I will not stay here again.

Service was exceptional. Night clerk was professional - but had us laughing too. He pointed out the advantages of the area and told us about some deals at Pedrizetti winery. Check out was smooth and quick. I liked this place.

The electrical outlet by sink did not work so no hair dryer.Coffee pot moved to other outlet. continetal breakfast, Milk outdated in refridge by 5 days!!! Bed was uncomfortable ,Laundryroom dryer out of order....snack vending machine empty

The floors were never cleaned. the dark carpet covers up the filth which could be felt with barefeet.

I like that the hotel provides breakfast, at least. The room should have spray with fragrance before the occupier arrives in the room and set up the aircon on even in a low temp. The hotel location is very good.

The rooms, especially the carpeting, were totally unsanitary. The breakfast was cold, and the service was terrible. The hot tub was too hot, and the pool was unclean. I would not go back again.

The Ramada Limited in Gilroy, California was a comfortable room. Nice and clean and the owners were very pleasant and helpful with directions. The room had everything we needed. An iron, hair dryer and coffee machine. Continental breakfast was also provided, which I always find to really help with the budget when travelling. The neighborhood, though close to freeway access, was quiet. A few urban noises but nothing more than I here in my own quiet neighborhood at home.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. It was located on a divided street where you had to make a u-turn to get to. I enjoyed my stay. I liked than fact that it was clean, quite and inexpensive.

When we arrived at 2:30 pm, we were told our room would not be ready for another 20 minutes even though check-in was at 2:00. We had to wait over an hour. The pool area was terrible. Both spa and pool had stains, pool furniture was dirty and fragile, cramped space and condition of area was not appealing. Air conditioner rattled loudly in the room.

My experiance at this hotel was not one to recommend to anyone staying in the area for a period of time. We were given a key to an unserviced room and instead of immediatly putting us in another room we were told that we could wait while the maid cleans the room. Aside from the smell and hard pillows the room was so so. The hotel offered a continential breakfast but we did not partake. The hotel was very close to the freeway and outlet malls, which was convinent. However, the driveway to get into the hotel parking lot was a tight squeeze and the surounding neighborhood did not feel safe. Overall the experience was ok if you are just passing through for a night, not three days as our trip did.

It was clean and economical. The TV remote control was not working. The hotel met my expectations. It was clean, friendly, and inexpensive. This is a good hotel for the thrifty traveler.

The location. The first room we were given either had not been cleaned or was already occupied. That is the first time ever that has happened to me. My wife doesn't like the fact that you have to make a U turn to get to the motel coming to it from highway 101. They didn't seem to be prepared. The ice machine was out of order.

the ramada was comfortable, close to outlet shopping. the room was decent sized but the bathroom was way to small.

The room was clean. The decor of the room was on the verge of being dumpy. This hotel is very much of a bare bones economy hotel. I t was clean and the staff was very friendly, but the sink was pitted and the room needs upgrading.

when i went to the breakfast room..nothing was left but bagels.the price was right and the room was quiet.and it was close to the outlet at gilroy.. The bathroom was very small. it was only exceptable because of the location and it was quiet, and the price was reasonable.
