Hotel is located by a large souvenir shop and very close to the water. Wendy's right next door. Pool is clean and nice. Inside of hotel needs a upgrade in a bad way.

This hotel was far from desirable. The staff was not helpfull at all. The were short and rude and even though we had booked a week in advance they did not have record of our reservation and had to call and confirm (despite the fact that I was holding the print out from where I booked the trip). There was no AC in the lobby or in the halls on the bottom floor. Our room was straight but not clean. The stopper to the tub didn't work and there was an unpainted 2X4 nailed to the wall of our bathroom to hold up the shower curtain. The picture of the pool is very misleading. It is very small despite the olympic size that is on the website. I was terribly disapointed and would have left, but we went at a peak time and there were no other available rooms on the island. Not a good experience and I would never recommend this room to anyone nor would I stay at another Ramada. Luckily, we had fun activites and lots of family with us to make the trip a sucess despite the horrible accomadations.

Absolutely horrible. Rooms were filthy, beds were hard. There was an old diaper in the trash in the bathroom! The toilet was broken. We reported to the front desk. They said that the maintenance guy would be up in 15 minutes. After 2 hours, the maintenance guy did not show. We checked out and went to The Holiday inn (GREAT HOTEL). So be forewarned about this hotel..DO NOT STAY HERE

View from balcony was good. Pool very nice. Staff nice. Carpets very dirty and shower curtain didn't fit properly; ac wouldn't cycle from cold to cool or shut off. It stayed very cold. Beds were great and clean. Room was clean except for carpet. Bathroom was clean.

The overall hotel was nice nothing special I thought it was on the beach when I booked it but it was across the street (all hotels are across the street) Next time I will stay of the beach and make the one block walk and save the 75 dollars. Overall good stay, elevator waits were a little long.

"Limited is right... it is limited in quality and cleanliness. The hotel is old and run down. The pictures on the website must have been taken years ago. Our room was dirty... hair in the bed, walls dirty and carpet was stained. Our door did not lock and they would not give us another room. The staff was rude. I would NEVER stay here again and I am shocked that it is a travel agency hotel. Don't waste your money."

I should have known how filthy this hotel was by just stepping into the lobby. There was a couch on there that looked so DIRTY ( stained terribly!). The room was no better, we asked for a King size and the room was so dirty. Carpet was dirty ( my socks turned black), restroom was gross, put towels down to step on anything. Tub, forget about it! The bed, we went to the nearest Walmart to get sheets, Lysol, and a plug in ( the room smelled awful). It was 4th of July so all rooms were taken. It was very gross. Breakfast was no better, coffee and a few stale muffins. The balcony was covered with pigeon poop all over. House keeping kept trying to come in our room, even after we said we didn't want any services. No matter what room you are in you will not have a good view of the beach. The ONLY good thing about this hotel is that HOOTERS was across theh street! I will never be back again..EVER! NOR WILL I RECCOMEND IT!

We called ahead and the lady at the front desk told us our room was ready. We arrived and they had lost our reservation. When they found it and we got checked in we got to our room and there were people still in the room from the night before. They gave us another room which wasn't clean. It took the maid over a hour to clean it. The ice machines didn't work. The balcony had bird poo all over it chairs and all. The service was a joke altogther. I would strongly reccommed not staying here.

"Rooms were dirty: bedding to walls. Door didnt lock from the inside you had to chain the door and still opens. Air conditioner never cooled off. Breakfast ""okay"" The staff was rude except the man who brought the icebox to our room; he was nice enough to clean it / the cleaning service forgot to. Then the remote for the T.V. failed to work /front desk said there was nothing they could do for us. They have better places located on the seawall that is even better pricing."

"The lobby area was dirty, horrible musty odor in all common areas, elevator floors slippery and muddy. Ceilings in rooms were stained by prior leaks. Bums were accosting travelers and asking for money on sidewalk out in front of motel. "

"This hotel is right across the street from the beach and within walking distance of lots of shops, which was great. And the free continental breakfast was wonderful. We also enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. Staff was friendly. But the rooms were stinky, the carpets, walls, and even the ceilings were stained, overall the room felt dirty. Beggars at the front door and in the parking lot did not give the feeling of safety. But beggars seem to be pretty standard along all areas of the beach. Overall, this hotel was OK, but it could have been better."
