It was very nice and comfortable.
Date of Stay:

The location . Unfriendly staff, very small room. I was not pleased with this hotel at all and was very disappointed in how we were treated when we got there. The staff was very unfriendly and I was very disappointed in how they acted towards us and other hotel guests. I was also disappointed in how small the room was. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Date of Stay:
February, 2008
The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything in the next room. The people next to us were having a normal conversation and we could make out every word. Staff also very short and curt.

The hotel was nice, the contential breakfast wasnt bad either. The room decor was out dated and the remote didnt work well. Over all it was a nice hotel I would stay at again.

Friendy staff, great location. Iliked everything. This is a great hotel. Only a few minutes from so many ski resorts. They also sell discount lift tickets only a few minutes from so many ski resorts.

My son and I stayed only for one night but found the hotel to be very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and had a sense of humor. Breakfast was very nice. Hard-boiled eggs would have been a nice addition. They had ice cream vending machines which we have never seen. Lighting in the parking lot was good. Room contained a window seat which was nice. Did not find the rooms to be too small. Little smaller than some, but it is a Ramada Limited.

This hotel was inexpensive and, I thought, a reliable chain. There was no free food or coffee available in the lobby area (many hotels have cookies or coffee or tea). The room was very small, but clean. The front desk woman was unfriendly and unhelpful.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful & clean rooms. For the short time there, it was great. They goofed on our room. It was supposed to be 2 double beds and the first night; there was only one double bed. They corrected the goof the next day and gave us a room with 2 double beds. They did apologize for the mistake. We were only there for 3 nights.

Linen had hair and stain from previous guests. The bathroom was also not clean. The room looks like it has never been deep clean since the hotel opensWe travel quite a bit and this by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in!

Our room was pretty small, but in a resort town you really cant beat the price. The continental breakfast was very filling and the do-it-yourself waffle maker is always a good time!

I really liked that the hotel was conveniently located to walking paths in Frisco and right off the I-70 freeway. Felt like this hotel was 70's decor and rooms were not updated. Very small rooms for 2 star and the carpets were not very clean. The staff seemed to be very confused and not trained very well. We had to wait over 10 minutes at check in while the only attendant tried to resolve an issue with another patron and we were not even acknowledged.

One of our worst hotel experiences. Tiny, Could barely navigate around the bed. The hot tub is outside by the dumpster and in disrepair. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Continental breakfast was very poor.

The Ramada Limited in Frisco was very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. We missed some usual amenities such as a pool and/or fitness center.

Close to Copper Mountain and food in Frisco. Dirty bathroom and maids in poor job. For $9 more, you can stay at the Holiday Inn right next door, and it is so much better! Food and bar in hotel too nice; hot tubs (Ramada had a cold hot tub) just may the few extra bucks!

When we first checked in I was pleasantly surprised. The beds were comfortable and the framed in mirrors made the room appear bigger. When I looked closer I found: the tiling in bathroom was poorly (cheaply) done, there was a piece of wadded up paper hiding behind the main door, the refrigerator hummed loudly, and the walls were paper thin. You could hear the television and the conversations from next door. Breakfast could have been better had they adequate space for everything. While the location is good, I wouldn't recommend it to others for the price unless they are sound sleepers.

Location, cleanliness, staff. Rooms were very small, hot tub area unattractive. Nice hotel for the area and star rating. The hotel was competitive, at rack room rates this would not be a hotel I would recommend.

Being in lovley Frisco, it was not in good repair nor as clean as it should be.The room was surprisingly small. Staff was helpful, though.

Best motel in area for the price. Rooms are on the small side. Convenient location central to all the resorts with lots of shops/restaurants nearby. Rooms are nothing fancy but comfortable and clean and everything is fairly up to date. Free breakfast is not bad, parking is good. If you're looking for a low price no frills place this is it.

The courtesy counter clients were very helpful. Breakfast was awesome. Clean area for eating and lounging. 1. outside hot tub 2. No pool 3.vanity "inside" bath. That makes it hard for males and females from different families to get dressed on time. Prices were cheaper on line and there were rooms available for the time we were coming. We thought the location was Excellent! Right in Frisco [center of the ski resorts.] right beside Interstate. Right across the street for the busses to go to any of the Ski Resorts. Easy to find. Although map quest directions were wrong. Grocery store, Wal-Mart, shopping, and rental places right across the street.

Very pleasing room, mirror along back of bed. Got a smoking room. I wish I'd remembered to call and requested a non-smoking room. Otherwise it was great. The staff both in the afternoon when we checked in and when we checked out seemed to be rude. Maybe because they were busy.
