If you are just looking for a place to rest and get some sleep it is okay.

Close to where we were visiting. Did not like what they sprayed or cleaned with, it smelled like a strong after shave and bothered my allergies.

Hotel clean, staff friendly and helpful, bed comfy, shower hot. Would stay again

Front desk staff was friendly and came by our room to check & see if everything was okay & to check if we needed anything. Continental breakfast was great; able to make our own waffles. Great place to stay for the price and hospitality. Room service was prompt with towels.

When we arrived at our home, I had tried out the TV remote and it did not work the frige was not cold enough and and ac was not staying on. The fridge was replaced before we knew there was a problem with the ac. The remote had been replaced. After I reported the ac not staying on we were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette. Everything was great after that. I would like to point out that there is no laundry facility at the motel you do have to use another motel which they have an agreement with. There is a free breakfast with make your own waffles and there is cereal oatmeal, juice and coffee, fresh fruit such as bananas and apples.

It was fairly cheap. The non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. This is not a bad hotel... but nothing fancy either. Our non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes, the tub nozzle shot off when the shower was turned on, and the room was very small. But, it was relatively clean, the staff was courteous, and it was quiet and seemed safe (except for an unexplained alarm going off at 4:00 amfor about 15 minutes). For the money, a good stay, but that's about it.

Easy access from the freeway and the rooms were clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and promptly attended to our needs. The parking lot could be a bit bigger but that was a minor issue.

I was there for my daughters graduation at Fort Gordon. Room very clean. Staff was very helpful and always asking if things are fine. For the price it was worth it.

The Ramada Limited was a very comfortable, the room was clean and equipped with a desk and chairs. The wireless service was easy to use.The location was great very close to good dining options.

There was no exterior noise from traffic or things like that. My room was adjacent to the ice machine.

My family stayed for three nights, and the room was a nice long room, it was plenty big enough for four large adults. There was a really nice free breakfast area (waffles, bacon, eggs, gravy, cereal, snack cakes) from 6am to 9am. The housekeeper was the best i think that i have ever had. She went way out to make our stay a pleasant one. The swimming pool was so small it looked like a large bathtub. The swimming pool gets a F. The shower had very hot water, even after the fourth adult took his shower the water was very hot. The shower water gets an A. We will be staying at this motel every time we visit Augusta.

Nothing. Roaches, unit smelled, wet moldy carpet. This hotel was disgusting and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There were a variety of different bugs, a disgusting odor and the housekeeping staff was poorly dressed and unmannered. So much for southern comfort.

December, 2006
Hot tubs are in select rooms only and cost extra. Very convenient to Ft. Gordon.

Comfortable bed. Clean towels. Good TV. Cold AC. Definitely needs remodeling period. When I walked into the room, I was immediately thrown back into the 60's. The carpet was old. There were no condiments to go with the coffee provided. The bathroom door, when opened, rammed against the sink cabinet. This hotel definitely needs remodeling. Old furniture, drapes, you name it. The only good thing I can say is I did sleep ok.

Nothing. Everything. I had 1 item plugged up yet it keep flipping the breaker every hour or so on that side of the room, no remote for TV, obtains one from staff, worked for about 1 hour, got another, it worked poorly, staff was very rude, drains in sink, toilet, and shower drained very slowly. I took a shower in about 2 inches of water. Very poor hotel.

It had roaches and spiders. It was ten miles from the center. I would not recommend this location due to roaches and spiders. The location to downtown Augusta, it was ten miles away and lots of travel time to and from the conference I was attending, also the overnight personal were not very friendly.

The staff was very friendly. Location was good, I will visit again.

We liked the kitchenette in the room. Not much room in the bathroom. The door did not open the whole way. This was a very nice hotel for the money. Next year when we go back to Augusta we will certainly stay here again.

The cleaning service was good! The hotel is old! The hotel had some upgrades but need to be remodeled. The cleaning service was very good!

Convenient to major locations and highways in Augusta. Lighting poor in the outside walkway of end rooms going to pool area. This hotel is very good for military on a weekend pass or short business stays. Room was clean and in good repair. Close to most any location in the Augusta area.
