The location was right off the interstate. The area was dark, scarey and looked deserted. The room was descent. There were amenities, but I won't go again. My daughter and I were frightened with the location. No lights and there were abandoned buildings all around the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel during President's day weekend and was extremly satisfied with my stay. I was thinking about staying at Holiday Inn but since my budget is tight I ended up staying at this hotel and was extremly satisfied. They had everything I need, free internet, microwave, refrigrator, iron and most of all the room was nice and clean. I would refer this hotel to anyone who is traveling around Rutherford County.

Words are not adequate to describe this hotel. The rooms are in very serious need of restoration...peeling wallpaper, holes in doors, no security chains, furniture broken, air conditioners in 4 rooms we tried did not work, plumbing in 1 room did not work, refrigerators in 2 rooms did not work, 1 room had no hot water, no iron, no coffee; televisions in 4 rooms experienced horrible reception, remote in 1 room did not work. We changed 5 rooms before we were able to find 1 room where all major appliances worked...but that room lacked a security chain, did not have an iron, had a large hole in the bathroom door, furniture was broken, peeling wallpaper, etc. After trying 4 rooms and finding them all severly lacking, we expressed our desire to cancel our reservation and find another hotel. The Manager was contacted and informed us that we would be required to pay for the night whether we stayed or not due to the length of time we had spent in the hotel. He did not care whatsoever that the time we had spent in the hotel before we asked to leave was due to our waiting to see if the air conditioners would work if allowed to run for a while, and in the transferring of our belongings from one room to the next for a total of 5 times!!!!!!! The location of this Ramada Limited was perfect for our travels. We feel that this Ramada does not live up to the past standards of the Ramada name. Perhaps, with room by room renovations and updates, it would be able to rise to the Ramada reputation.

This was a very nice, clean motel and we enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and welcoming. We did not encounter any problems whatsoever. The location was very convenient due to its proximity to restaurants and it was also very quiet and enjoyable. The superb quality for the great rate is amazing. I definitely recommend this motel to others in this areas and I will be coming here again many times in the future!

It met all of my minimal needs. Carpets where filthy. It had easy access from the main road, could be kept up outside better, overall for my needs of a decent bed and a shower to use it was fine.

Perfect hotel to get away and get rest, nice clean rooms with great service. I was visiting my parents during Chirstmas and wanted to only stay one night at hotel and stay the next at my parents but ended up staying couple days b/c hotel was so peacful. Its quite clean, rooms are big and have micro/fridge everything that Holiday Inn does but paid half of the cost. I def. recommend anyone visiting the area to stay at this hotel.

Was close to family since I was attending a family function. Room had terrible smell of cleaning alcohol, AC didn't work properly. Room had terrible smell of cleaning alcohol, AC didn't work properly, and internet was terribly slow. Staff was semi-nice. We complained about the AC and never heard a word from them afterwards, and no resolution. Shower curtain was falling down, glow-in-the-dark light switch was a bit much. Blackout curtains did not do their job. Both keycards died at the same time. "Continental breakfast" was prepackaged honey buns, toast, old fruit, and 2 kinds of stale cereal. Only good point about the place was that it was close to the family function I was attending.

It was quiet. Furniture falling apart, lampshade melted, electrical hazards, toilet flushing constantly, fixed it myself, chairs covered with stains. The personnel were friendly but not knowledgeable about guests staying more than one night. Our key was not set for two days, so we were locked out after visiting chimney rock. The hotel is not energy conscious, there was a big gap between the door and the doorframe, electrical cords were broken and fixed with electrical tape that was dry and frayed. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This trip was for a family member who suddenly passed away. I would never have chosen this hotel is seen it first. The smell, the dirty floors, the bedcovers haven't been washed in who knows how long. I think they did the best with what they have, but the carpet and bedding really need replacing.

In-expensive, free internet, refrigerator and microwave. Older hotel, stained floors and furniture. You get what you pay for in this older Ramada Inn. The free wireless internet, in room refrigerator and microwave was an extra plus. The furniture, walls, floors, and bathroom shows its age and the wear and tear is visible.

Nothing This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in! Do not stay in this hotel. Nothing in the rooms work and it is NASTY, DISGUSTING, FILTHY DIRTY. We had a total of three rooms and all of them were UNFIT to stay in. . WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE THAT WAS!! There is no way to describe the condition of this place! TRUST ME AND DO NOT STAY THERE!
