First of all, the staff was great! Very helpful! Unfortunately the hotel would be less than desirable in normal circumstances. Maintenance/Upkeep: They were working on a new lobby and always seemed to be cleaning up the outside areas daily. Location: Good. Easy access on and off interstate...Eating/Shopping places nearby. Our intent was to be on the beaches in the daytime and shopping in the evenings. Basically we just needed a place to sleep and shower. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for however I did not expect the room to be quite so dirty! I believe a good old-fashioned SCRUBBING/CLEANING would improve the rooms 100%. Thank goodness the linens were clean and the shower was clean or we would have checked out. Overall, it served our purpose for this trip.

Overall very clean and great customer service. 1st room had broken refrigerator got switched to new room. Upon arrival we were greeted with extreme friendliness. We went to the room and it had a odor in it. We went to desk and was given a different room, a suite to our delight and surprise. We call this type of service a wow service.

The Hotub was hot but not to hot. The pool was warm than most we have used. The hotel is very handy to the interstate and the Bradington, area. We had a great stay!

The hotel was filthy. The room was filthy. The bathroom door had either mud or feces on it. I'm hoping that it was mud. The maid spoke no english so we had to find a translator to explain our problem. It was a total disaster.

This hotel is rated a 3 STAR hotel by AARP and AAA at 99.00 per night. Upon check in, although I had a non-smoking room confirmed for one night, I was told they had none. Regardless that it was right at check-in time 3:00 PM all non-smoking rooms were gone. The yound woman at check in advised thy did not pay attention to specific "on-line" requests like that. The only way to insure a non-smoking room was to call the hotel directly when booking the reservation. After complaining about the smoke smell, she accompanied me to the room with a bottle disenfectant spray which she sprayed all over the carpet and into the A/C. It did a little good but with smoke in my sinus and my head stuffed up from the same, was able to get through the night with a quick check out in the mornning . The room was old, worn out, dirty/filthy, greasy from brown smoke with cobb webs hanging all over the ceiling and waved at me from the A/C blowing. The lamp shade was falling apart and brown from smoke and a greasey/grey sofa with large hole torn on the side and round burn markes on the arms. The next morning the continental brreakfast also left a great deal to be desired. Although this reservation was made by another family member, thinking it would be a good value - it clearly was not! I have also made my Florida family whom I was visiting aware, not to recommend this place to others who might be visiting. In this area you will have to pay more but I personally will in the future. I'm not interested in staying at a truck stop which is what this resembled upon entering the property. Hope this help you!

The room was very musty smelling. The rug was stained and coming up. I walked around barefoot and the floor felt sticky and dirty. The breakfast in the morning was never replenished once the food was gone. The pool looked dirty and the hot tub was cold.

We found the beds to be instantly comfortable. Nice soft pillow and firmer pillow offered - you could take your choice. A little annoying to find that the light in the toilet area ALWAYS was accompanied by the fan turning on - at night it proved to be a waker-upper. Nice protection at the window. And a VERY nice offer of a continental breakfast - that was just a nice nice touch. The motel was in an easy-to-find location too. Liked it. Food choices right near by.

Continental breakfast was the best thing about this hotel. Toilet would not flush, paint peeling off the walls, smoky rooms. Not worth the money. Toilet wound not flush properly - paint peeling off the bathroom walls - for non smoking room it reeked of smoke.

Very good location and was very quiet to stay at. The air unit was completely cloded with dirt. In one year the motel went from good to bad. The air unit for the room we stayed in was completely cloded with dirt and making a noise when the air conditioner turned on do to the dirt. It appeared that the walkways have never been pressure washed or cleaned. The ice maker had stained streaks down the sides showing it has not been cleaned. This motel would not pass an expection by the State Board of Health. We will not be staying at this motel again.

The rooms were comfortable and attractive. No change machine, not enough towels, no refrigerator. staff problem with English. The hotel is located next to the highway, a large outlet mall; close enough to beaches, attractions and airports. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Location. Dirty doors and carpet. Over all it was OK. The walls, doors, and carpet could have been cleaner. However the beds were good and the bathroom was clean and this was 2-very important things.

Good location. Cheapest in area. Property showed its age. Bullet proof glass for night check-in doesn't make me comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Room was what you expect for the price. Age showed in bathroom and outside units especially, and inside unit could have been cleaner. Very reasonable continental breakfast.

Price. Very old. Convenient to highway. Next to Waffle house and restaurants. Very old and noisy too crowded for breakfast. Coffee in room. Ok for someone who wants price as a main consideration. it is clean, but dingy.
