The staff was friendly and courteous, everything was so clean. Cant think of a thing. It was so clean and nice and quiet and close to everything we needed.

The stay here was very good. The staff was very delightful, the accommodations were very adequate. The Complementary breakfast was outstanding. The staff kept towels available all the time for the swimmers. The only problem we had was that the steps were very slippery (wet) and my wife fell. So the only thing is fix the step, and as far as Im concerned , this place would be perfect...

we rekax watch tv tried your hot tub and found that wanting.it was not hot enough,nor was the jets not place right they were underthe the seat and I am disable with bad back ,had to sit on bottom of the hot tug to get any use out of the jets water coming out of jets were cool.

Nothing. Not pet or people friendly. We never made it pass the lobby-we were traveling with our dog-we never go without her-we chose this hotel because we thought it was pet friendly-we were asked to leave immediately. We ended up staying next door at the baymont and were extremely pleased with the service and our dog was treated equally as good. We will definitely stay there again.

Kids picked hotel based upon picture of pool. Since we were passing through we really didn't care. They are in the process of remodeling and supposably we stayed in one of the improved rooms, it reminded my husband and I the hotels of the 70's. Kids had fun swimming in the very small indoor pool. Many restaurants nearby. Slept well. Free Breakfast was filling. Staff was friendly. However, we wouldn't stay here again seeing how there are many other hotels in the area with better and newer facilities.

I had no problems staying here. I asked for extra pillows and towels which were brought up immediately. Staff was helpful . We even had a visitor while out and staff called my cell phone to let me know. Breakfast was great. Rooms clean and linen smelled nice. Planning another stay in October. Recommnd this hotel to anyone.

On March 27/09 I telephoned the hotel and advised them we could not keep our reservation because of bad storms and tornado warnings in Florida and that we had to leave Florida a day early. I asked the Hotel and Orbitz if I could arrange to stay at another Ramada Inn on March 28/09 in Indiana rather than Kentucky and neither one would help me to be transferred. We only had this problem because of very bad weather. I was very disappointed with the Ramada Inn and Orbitz that they would not accommodate my husband and I. They both said we would not get our money back and that they could not help us. I have previously booked trips through Orbitz but will not be doing it any more. I had to pay up front a month before going on our trip,and at that time, we did not predict we would have a problem keeping our reservation but the terrible weather changed our minds. I would really appreciate a reply.

Great location for restaurants and highway access. Fitness equipment was broken and outdated. Disappointing. Very clean and in a great location to everything needed. Fitness equipment was a big disappointment. Broken and outdated. Otherwise, nice and clean.

Travelled with 4 children, ages 7 mos. to 5 yrs. Plenty of room for playpen and all luggage. Had smoking rooms in middle of n/s rooms, though. Showerhead was made for short people. Curtains blew open when heater was on. Good value for the most part. Very friendly staff.

This was our first time traveling to Kentucky. We found the motel to be affordable, clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the shower curtain not staying shut and notified the front desk. They immediately made sure someone fixed it that day and we didn't have any problems with it afterwards. The only thing that was uncomfortable were the pillows as they were thicker / harder than we are used to. However it wasn't unbearable. The motel is very convenient to the locations we needed to go to. Elizabethtown is not very far from Fort Knox. The motel is close to the Texas Road House and other great restaurants and shopping, as well as the freeway. We stayed an extra night here and drove to Louisville early in the morning to catch our flight. We would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioning unit is loud and the freeway noise. We were only there for one night, checked in late and left early. We really did not see the surrounding area or use the facilities of the hotel.

Very easy to access from the highway, close to everything. Very clean and staff was very nice! The hot tub was down for repair and their swimming pool was really cold. The hotel was perfect for us (family of 5). The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and has been updated recently. We'll stay there again! Awesome for the price we paid.

The Ramada in Elizabethtown, KY was a lovely experience. The room was pleasant and the mattresses and pillows were excellent! In fact, I would like to find out what they used and get some for my house. The lobby is beautifully decorated and has 2 computers for guest use as well as a large flat screen tv. The complimentary breakfast was very adequate with a variety of hot and cold choices. The pool, jacuzzi and fitness room were very pleasant. Check in and staff were friendly and efficient, and there was always a bowl of peppermints available for the taking. The hotel is yards away from 2 steak houses and we received a 10% discount at one of them. The food at the steakhouse was excellent and the staff was friendly. All the free peanuts you could eat while waiting for a table. We went there to visit my son in Fort Knox, and it was fairly close while at the same time giving us a feeling that we were away from the base. It is located near I65 and the bluegrass parkway. Many restaurants were in a 5-10 min. drive and the hotel supplies a map of all the local eateries. I will be back on my next trip to KY.
