check in was disapointing because the pool & sauna were under construction (but orbits didnt let us know that). the rooms were clean, and the beds were new- so that was nice.

No restroom for guests checking in. Five year old son had to go!!!!!!! Going to our ground level room , parking lot littered! Going in our first room weird smell! Bathroom had hair on the floor and door the rest of the room appeared to have not been vacummed. Got moved to another room on second floor and had to step over trash and cigarette buts at stairway that remained there throughout our stay. When A/C was turned on dust blew out from filter being nasty. The bed was OK but after the other nastiness it was hard to get comfortable. There were no other vacancies in Durango at this time and we had to be there.

Ramada Limited Durango had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I might have to get one for home. That coupled with plenty of room and exceptionsl cleanliness made for a great, if short, stay. I wish I had been able to stay and sample the free breakfast, because it looked promising. The parking was convenient to the room and even though it is located on Main Street, the room was quiet.

From the cobwebs in the windows, to the dust bunnies on the lamp, to the black mold surrounding the bath tub, to the mold rings on the bathroom ceiling, to the paper thin bedspreads, to the yellowed bath mat, to the early 80's wallpaper, to the nasty dirty stairs, to the remants in the toilet, to the door without any weather stripping, to the chucks of dirt blowing out of the dusty dirty air conditioner/heater, to the dirt smeared doors and wall, to the stained carpet, to the misty mirrors.....there are just TOO many other places to stay for the money. Wonder if this place has ever seen a bottle of Windex or Comet. Not worth the effort I put into trying to not touch anything. Two stars would be an overstatement. The desk staff was friendly at least.

Staff friendly, good location, clean. The mattress was the worst I have ever slept on. I also did not feel safe in case of fire. I was at the end of a hallway, underground, with only one exit. I would not stay again.

Bed was uncomfortable, no clothes hangers, outlets for computer etc. VERY limited, breakfast was minimal.Couple traveling with us (Brother/sister-in-law), same age, same AAA, larger room, paid LESS for their room. No manager and no adjustment. Will not book there again.

Stairway was filthy. Hallway to Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. Bathroom was full of mold -everywhere. Carpets filthy.Upon checkout would not honor reservation rate (wanted * vs * - came down to *) - will fight through credit card company

We were given a basement room down a long hallway with only 1 fire exit (down the long hallway). Our room had an old torn up lampshade 9from too hot of a light bulb. The smell was a bit musty in the room. In addition, the hot tub was excessively hot - so we could only stay a few minutes rather than a whole 10 minute cycle.

Beds were well worn and pillows were flat.

Very dissatisfied with this hotel. Rooms were unclean and not cleaned well during our stay. Continental breakfast was as "bare bones" as it gets. Housekeeping staff was slovenly and crude.

The staff was excellent and so very helpful. This is a nice property, but it shows its age.
