the lady at the front desk was extremely kind to us. .lot of places to eat around and a shopping mall across the street.great location.a great place to stay,worth the money we paid.

The fresh flowers and the candy dish was a nice touch. Had a hard time getting the card to unlock the door. Other than the problem with the door, it was a very nice experience. The hotel clerk was most helpful and very nice.

OMG!!! This is unlike any Ramada that we have ever stay in before. When we arrived to check in we gave the clerk our information that plainly showed that we had already been charged for the room for two days...the clerk asked for our credit card to double bill us for the room. After checking in and going to our room we called the front desk and asked for some extra pillows and we were told that if they allowed us to have extra pillows they would get in trouble with the management...I don't know what we're going to do if we need extra towels!?! Next time we won't try to save money!!!!!

I am not normally a complainer, I'm pretty easy going, but I have to speak up about this place. Filthy room, and the rudest people I ever encountered at a front desk. We booked the room for 2 weeks, stayed 1 night and cancelled because of the condition of the room and the rudeness encountered when trying to get something done about it. They told us they would NEVER cancel the room, we would have to pay for 2 weeks regardless of whether we stayed or not. They have a surprise coming from my credit card company.

Close to whitewater rafting. No king bed. Request a king bed and had written confirmation for a king bed non smoking. Instead had to settle for 2 double beds.

Check into the other hotels at the same exit. My room was dirty, faucet handle came off in my hand, bugs in the room. Not what I expect from a Ramada

Convenient to interstate and parking. Bacteria around edge of tub; breakfast menu could be improved. The tub had what appeared to be bacteria in the caulking; this could be cleaned better or re-caulked. It was a non-smoking room with cigarette burns in the carpet. The bed was great and the other furnishings were adequate. The breakfast menu could be improved: fruit was not fresh.

Older hotel but nicely renovated. Bed very comfortable. Frumpy weekend female employee too busy watching movies on her TV to be the least bit helpful. Older nicely renovated hotel, comfortable beds, and very clean room. No road noise from expressway- very quiet. Mall and lots of restaurants are close. Male check end clerk very nice and helpful. The weekend female at the front desk was grumpy, unpleasant and "put-out" when we asked her a question. I believe we disturbed her TV watching at the front desk. If you think you will eat a morsel of continental breakfast after 10am no way. At 9:45am she begins announcing breakfast over sharply at 10 am and trust me she runs everyone out and locks the room. Get new help and you will have a nice moderately priced hotel. We travel to Cleveland frequently for horse shows and based on my experience with the help, I'll try a different hotel next time. I'm not going to be fussed at and pay for it!
