The location and the fall decorations. The fact that the door to our room opened to the outside. The hotel is located in a very convenient location. It is very clean and decorated beautifully for Fall. It seemed to have been renovated and we stayed in the older section which did have outside doors. The fact that we had plenty of clean towels and a very clean room helped.

loved everything about the hotel very friendly employees spotless room everyday. beautiful lobby. room was very large and spacious. excellent view. will definitly stay there everytime i visit cherokee.

The stay was nice and I was very impressed with the staff. They handled my reservation in a timely manner and the staff was very nice. The room was clean, however, I requested a non-smoking room, and when I walked in, I noticed right away the smell of smoke. The sheets were filled with the smell of smoke. Though that may not bother most people, it may with some one that has bad allergies. However, even with that being said, because of the kindness of the staff alone, I would stay again.

Location. Price. Very clean, but I though the prices were too high. ! As always they charged one price for week days and to much for Friday and sat. Richard.

The front desk people were very nice. The room was nice. The working frig and microwave was great. Lots of hot water and I love the curved shower curtain. The room was a bit "perfumey. It is accross from the Casino but at the far end so it is a shot to walk.Breakfast buffet was very nice. we would stay here again.

Convenient location for my visit. Elevator was not working for awhile. Comfortable beds and clean all in all nice.

We were very happy with our room and the service at this hotel. The went out of their way to help me with reserving out room for an extra day. The room was very clean and had everything we needed - the room was also cleaned and restocked promptly the next day while we were out. A very great weekend!
