Hotel service and staff were great.
Date of Stay:
April, 2009
The most friendly, outgoing and polite staff I've met. Housekeeping personnel needed better training. From the minute I got on property to the time I left, it seemed the staff (particularly the concierge) wanted me to write nice things about them. (It worked).
Date of Stay:
May, 2008
At first we were given a room that was definately a smoking room when asked for another one, and they argued with us saying it was a non smoking room. My sister that was with us has lung cancer, she shouldn't be near any smoke. We were given another room, when we noticed a very little amount of T.P. and flat pillows. So we called the front desk were we promptly got a recording from an 1800 number, and so we left messages. After several attempts on the phone, we went to the front desk to find the doors locked, while there was a clerk sitting inside. Decided to use kleenex instead and try to go to sleep and make another attempt for T.P. the next day. Went to bed and found very used beds, with one mattress ripped 4ft on the side of it, held together with large safety pins, the other one had large stains on the mattress. When we checked in and out, we didn't receive any paperwork, and have no idea what they are actually going to charge us.

I loved the Jacuzzi in the room. The breakfast was not very good. Overall the hotel was really great.

The hotel looks great when you arrive and when you walk into their lobby it only shows even more you made the right choice. They just installed new mattresses when we arrived, pillowtops. They are VERY comfortable. I will go again.

Late in the afternoon,4pm, we had to remind them two times to service the room. They were very nice when they arrived. Carpet was dirty.

Staff was great / breakfast variety was adequate / location was great. Rugs needed replacing / there were stains on the bed sheets/ toilet seat would not stay up/ view from room was a staircase to the 2nd floor. The staff was very courteous. The room should be cleaner. However I must say I didn’t notify management of my concerns.

My husband and I really liked this hotel. The room was absolutely gorgeous. Well, at least,we spent our vacation in Branson in a much better way with staying at this hotel. We found everything so comfortable in our rooms, clean, smelt good, well equipped. Front desk people were truly friendly. Branson is so different. This is genuinely a town of hospitality. The only part fo the hotel we talked to the manager, a very nice lady, too, was the chair. But it was not a big deal. Good bye , Branson, and see you agian, Ramada friends.

Went to 4 shows & out to eat several times, tickets for shows were at the hotel when we got there. The bed at the hotel was as comfortable if not more so than places we stayed at before.

Jacuzzi was great. Nice place to stay. Not fancy. Jacuzzi was clean and great!

the amenities listed for this hotel were not accurate. But we had nice rooms, good service, helpful staff and a good location. THe onhly problem we encountered was the ac unit froze and was making noises at night while I tried to sleep. It was cool enough I could turn it to fan, and that solved the problem. My daughter also had the same ac problem in her room. But it was a good place to stay overall and the staff were very helpful. When I showed them the list of amenties they were supposed to have the called immeadialtely to have their listing corrected.

Would not stay there again. Thought a Ramada Ltd. was upscale from a regular Ramada. But, the other Ramada in town was much nicer. Room had musty smell, and, that was the second room we tried. Pictures look better than the real thing. The outdoor sign says "recently renovated rooms", and, right below on the sign frame the paint is peeling off.

They offered wireless internet. The bad beds, bad rooms, clogged bathtub, etc. This hotel was a horrible experience from the minute we walked in the door. There was a dirty band aid on the dirty bathroom floor. The toilet wasn't bolted to the floor. The chairs and beds were damp. The air conditioner couldn't keep the room cool with it 90 degrees outside. The tub backed up and they wouldn't change our room because they couldn't get it cleaned before check in the next day (20 hours later). We had to wait for the maintenance man to come from his house because they do not have drain cleaner. The front desk couldn't tell us this, so we had to go back to the desk to find this out (poor communication with the guests). The coffee tasted burnt. The continental breakfast left much to be desired. Overall, the experience was truly awful and for about $20 more, we could have stayed in an excellent hotel, which we will do next time. The hotel and staff was really awful, will never recommend a Ramada to anyone.

This was an average hotel room. It was nice and clean, but the air conditioner was very loud. Maybe it was just our room, but we will find another place to stay next time.

The room was not ready. Then the next room was being renovated. The room we got was smoking, which we didn't want and it smelled.
Date of Stay:

It was average. Had to climb four flights of stairs. Hotel was average for type it was. The people front desk did their job but that was about it. They were going to tell me the room wasn't available and that there was new girl who made a mistake and should not have rented it and I was going to have to go somewhere else even though there was big car show in town and there was no vacancies then all sudden they had one.

"Dirty stairwells, guestroom baths; Lobby door broke; our keycard reader on door broke and solution was for staff to let us in each time. Didn't even have consideration to discount our room."

The Ramada Limited in Branson was close to theaters, restaurants, and shopping. The room was clean, and comfortable. All needed items were supplied.
Date of Stay:

It was clean, and had a pool. They had no elevator, but only one flight of stairs, since it was on a hill. The receptionist told us we had to pay for the fridge. The 2 young girls at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The older lady when we checked out was crabby. I didn't know we had to pay for the refrigerator; it was in the room when we got there, we did not request it. We had a great stay, and the kids loved swimming every day. I would recommend this hotel to others. I liked being off the strip, was quiet and peaceful.
