This hotel had to be the worst I have ever stayed at. You can see what we reserved and the most important reason I booked this hotel was that it had smoking rooms. The second was that it had front and rear doors. We traveled almost 800 miles (we drove) so I requested a late check in which was after 4 pm local time (we arrived about 4:30 pm). As we were checking in I noticed on one of the papers I had to sign that our room was 143 but that was crossed out and had 2 something written on it and it said this was a non smoking room and if we did smoke in it there would be a cleaning charge. I questioned the desk clerk about the smoking and he informed me the hotel only had 2 smoking rooms and they we on the second floor and they both were booked. He did not offer any other options at that time. I went out to our car and the more I thought about it the more angry I got so I went back in and told him how mad I was it was at that point he said well let me look maybe I can switch a room and you can have a downstairs room so you can just step outside and smoke. We did finally get a downstairs room which is one of the things the reservation said I was getting to begin with. He informed me that it was because we checked in so late that we didn't get a smoking room. This is just the tip of the iceberg! We stayed from 6/18/09 to 6/22/09 and the only maid service we received was on the second day we received clean towels and the garbage was emptied. We did not get our beds made, it wasn't vacuumed NOTHING! I have never been to a hotel or motel that didn't check your towels and empty the garbage EVERYDAY. I went to the desk clerk the first time it happened and he said there was a note from housekeeping that our room didn't need anything. The air conditioner turned on but if you tried to make any adjustments it shut off and you had to wait a couple of hours and try again. The freezer in the microfridge didn't work, we found that out the hard way. We bought ice cream and put it in th

Good service, clean and well kept. Not a working wifi. We had a good stay. The wifi didnt work but that was all we had to say negative about our stay.

Breakfast which was supposed to be hot was stone cold. Trouble checking out - all employees were involved arguing with irate customers.

Rooms not very clean, but hotel was in good location for our reason for being in Bozeman.

The kids, ages 4 & 7 had a great time on the slide in the pool. Would use the hotel again just because of the pool for the kids.

Close to downtown. Its kind ofold, just normal hotel. It was nice to use the hot tub but we had to use a hose to get some warm water in it, not sure if it happens all the time, but if you're cheap and want to stay in a regular hotel, this will be the one.

We spent our Thanksgiving at the hotel with 2 children using the hotel as a base to explore Yellowstone. Having two Queen beds was a bonus. The kids enjoyed the pool and waterslide but the heater wasn't working so the water was pretty chilly. The rooms were clean with a microwave and small refrigerator. There was continental breakfast in the morning and a computer in the lobby for internet access. The staff may not have been the most outgoing but were cordial. McDonalds is next door with Walmart and Kmart just across the street. Don't expect a resort but if you leave in the morning and come back at bed time its a good value.

This hotel was a great value for the money. It was clean and quiet. I would stay there again.

Had a waterslide. Room had door to outside that let in frigid air. Our hotel room was adequate. Our room had a door we could use to walk outside with. Unfortunately, the door seals weren't the best. We had a good amount of cold air coming into the room. The heater was more than adequate to bring the temperatures back up. Something that surprised me was that their small swimming pool had a water slide. The slide is small, but my friends and I had a bunch of fun going down it. Unfortunately, the hot tub was only lukewarm. The continental breakfast was a bit above our expectations. It had fruit, a waffle iron and batter, and juice. (along with some other stuff). It basically looked like it was a nice hotel.

kinda dull, the highlight was the water slide that kept our son busy for hours, other than that the room was dull and there was no ambiance....less than basic

The hotel is easy to get to. It's located close to the interstate, but I didn't notice the noise. It seemed very clean. I would place it in an economy class and you get what you pay for - maybe more. A good choice for budget-minded families. My only complaint was the breakfast bar was not well stocked. This was my second stay here and the first time there was an issue with the breakfast bar. I would stay here again.

The water slide was great for the kid. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was better then most. Hot tub was small. We had a great stay lots of kids in pool for our kids to play with. Water slide was great to keep our kids from being board. They had a great breakfast something for everyone in our family. Staff was kind and gave us a bigger room with no hassle. House keeper was great.

Staff was dressed sloppily & were unprofessional. They went out of their way to give the worst possible service. They were too busy smoking & partying all night outside to help the guests. They were outside the front entrance at 11:00 pm to 12:00 midnight drinking beer and being very rowdy and noisy, keeping us awake. When I asked to print out mapquest directions, their printer was out of a print cartridge. The manager was there, but said her office was locked and couldn't be bothered to go get another cartridge. I went to the neighboring hotel and used their lobby printer, and they were exceptionally helpful, even though I was not a guest there. The continental breakfast had nothing to choose from and nowhere to sit and eat. This was the worse experience I have ever had while traveling. I would not recommend staying. There are plenty of hotels in Bozeman...please choose another one.

The Ramada Limited in Bozeman Montana is old, extremely dirty and smelled bad in the hallways. The room was standard size, the bathroom was filthy and gross, the carpeted area was only vacuumed in the main walk way. House keeping came at 4 in the afternoon, ran in and through the bed up and gave us clean towels. Cleaning gal said sorry I am training someone and got a little behind. My thoughts were 'the training is very poor!' how do they expect to get better. Did not change the sheets the three days we were there, the coffee pot was dirty when we arrived and it was never cleaned either. Bathroom was never scrubed. I could not wait to get home.

The waterslide was wonderful. The breakfast was poorly set up and they were out of towels and food frequently.

The Ramada Limited in Bozeman was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. I really liked the extended shower curtain rod that gave a feeling of a lot of extra room, as well as the shower curtain that was clear at the top - it really prevented the closed in feeling that you get at many other places. The staff was efficient and friendly; the location was perfect for getting both downtown and to the airport. I will stay there again next time I visit Bozeman.

Cheap. Horrible maid service. Took the dirty towels but did not replace. Did not change sheets. They were unable to get us a key card for the first day, we had to get unfriendly employees to let us in our room. Maid service bad, didn't give us clean towels or more coffee for the maker. Terrible job making the bed, didn't change sheets. Had to wait for someone to come check us in, then he was very unfriendly, almost rude.
