Clean, newly updated,nice people at front desk, good breakfast. Good location. Clean & friendly to families/pets. Like that they offer free internet. Good review-would recommend & stay again.

NOISEY ROOMS: Unsealed hallway door, loud bathroom fan/shower which either can be loudly heard from either adjacent room, fan is tied to the light switch so you can't selectively turn it off. Creaky ceiling, hear every step from room above. Otherwise clean and relatively new facility. Would not stay again due to noise.

Hotels in Bishop are expensive. This one was in the middle, but the room was very clean, seemed to either be a new hotel or newly remodeled. The whole place was packed, but we didn't hear any of our neighbors even though we had the room next to the pool. Shower was great. Only complaints: pillows weren't very fluffy and room was small (especially the bathroom). Great location--right in the middle of the town.

Nothing. Everything, the rooms are cramped and dirty. There were cigarette burns in the sheets. The door isn't sealed so all the light shines in from outside. This motel was so disgusting that we left at 3:00 am. There was nothing good about this place.

Too many issues: Do the inn keepers save the substandard rooms for travel website customers with the hopes that we wouldn't complain? Pool is disgustingly filthy. Stairwell and walkways are dirty. Breakfast seemed like leftovers and not appetizing. A/C wasn't working and had to change rooms. Got a lesser room with zero compensation. Would NOT stay here again! The only redeeming value was location. Walking distance throughout the town. Schatt's Bakery just up the street. X is the best place in town for lunch. Whiskey Creek is always a good bet for a pricey but delicious supper.

Computer setup in lobby. Bed was a little hard on my back butI have a bad back. This hotel met all expectations. I would stay again. I don't know why people are complaining about the parking lot unless they plan on sleeping on it.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel at least 30 times. We love the location because it is walking distance to the two best restaurants in town (Jacks for breakfast and lunch and Yamatani for dinner, surpisingly good sushi). We have always had great service and the rooms are very simple, but clean. I am allergic to cigarettes, so I am pretty picky about the smell of the rooms :) It's not a fancy place to stay, just a fun getaway. The pool and jacuzzi are not the greatest, so if you are looking for a fancier place with a nice pool and jacuzzi go to the Best Western Creekside...but it is MUCH more expensive. Have fun.

None. Room door opened to street on ground level, not at all safe for kids, street traffic 30ft away. Could be a good place to film a suspense movie. This place needs a fence or hedge around the property. Feels like you are sleeping in the middle of a parking lot.

It seemed like a great place to stay until we wanted to swim and the pool was murky and gross.we alerted the owners but to no avail. and only got a very small refund. we will NEVER stay there again

Room was very nice. But for the limited TV channel selection this would have been a great. Only utilized the room, no information about the hotel's other facilities worth commenting on.

It was in a good location and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast left a lot to be desired and the swimming pool was not kept clean. I do not think I would stay here again as the overall appeal was not there. The outside appearance needed a real facelift.

Poor customer service. The customer service here was terrible. Iasked two rooms with double or queen beds. I felt I was lied to over and over by the staff, and then mistreated. The staff did not understand the meaning of customer service.

Nice staff and good breakfast. Small, old pool, and located near a lot of local foot traffic. The hotel was older, but seemed to still be clean inside. The pool was small and not very well cared for. We were nervous about safety due to the rooms facing out to a street busy with local foot traffic, but everything was fine. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The front desk staff was excellent. Hairs in shower, air conditioner was like an airplane taking off, bugs in the food at breakfast, ants in room. This hotel should not even be rated as a 1 star. The only thing that was excellent were the 2 gentlemen that worked the front desk.

The continental breakfast had a variety of items and beverages. The carpet was filthy and the toilet would not flush and almost overflowed. Someone plunged it, but it still did not flush. We stayed here twice. They gave us the same room both times and the carpet stained my children's feet 30 minutes after they took a shower. The plumbing did not work properly and after waiting several minutes for help, plunging by the front desk attendant did not help. I was sorry that I had another night for the trip back. The only redeeming quality of the hotel is that it was warm, conveniently located, and offered a decent serve yourself continental breakfast.
