Will never stay at a Ramada again. Cheap/stingy/nosy staff, lousy "continental breakfast", people pounding at the door at midnight, incredibly small room, horrible customer service, trash from previous travelers still in the room two days later, musty, old odor.

Location. Noisy. Noisy. Loud drunks, car stereos, car doors, and plenty of foot traffic. Exterior room entrances allow for additional ruckus. AC blows cool, room mainly clean and odor free. No extra pillows here! Better to bring your own! Room phones are shady also. Only person I successfully connected to was the front desk.

My boyfriend and I traveled to Baltimore to see a concert so we thought we may as well rent a hotel room for the night to avoid driving the 3 hour trip back completely exhausted. As we were only there for one night, paid very little for the room, we didn't expect a whole lot. But, it exceeded my expectations. The service at the front desk was fast and easy. The staff allowed us to grab some breakfast even though we were a little bit late for the Free Continental Breakfast served. I was overall very pleased with the quality of our room. There was one king size bed which was not the most comfortable, but good enough for one night. The bathroom area was a little bit small but still good enough. We drove by the pool area but had no time to go swimming. It looked very well kept. My overall advice about this hotel is that it's great for a short trip. We didn't spend much time in the hotel room, but it was great to get a low budget room that was still decent. I wouldn't bring my whole family here for a long vacation. You have to drive to get to a lot of the cool downtown Baltimore attractions (20 min. roughly). But we had a great time, and I would recommend this to someone on business or a short vacation!

I would have preferred a quieter room location. The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner. The sink had not been wiped clean outside of the bathroom.

Nice breakfast room, and good general location. Hotel very generic, and room was plain. This hotel is great if you don't want your hotel to be anything more than place to sleep and catch breakfast before heading out. For this trip, this was exactly what I needed, though I always prefer a little bit extra or more from a hotel.

There was firing of guns, partying, profanity, loud music and noises, cars coming and leaving the motel, people knocking on doors and shouting. even children playing during the night, etc. (aroung the perimeter of our room). Housekeeping woke us up and insisted on cleaning our room early before we could get dressed even though we informed them that we were staying for four (4)nights. Because the bath tub drain was not working properly, the tub filled up before we could finish showering. The window air conditioner was very noisy. When we went to the office to check out, the clerk refused to give us a receipt, saying he did not know how to use the computer. We got no paper work from the hotel upon checking in nor upon leaving.

Our family's stay at this Ramada Limited in Baltimore was the final night of a 13 day trip to the east coast. We had chosen this particular hotel due to its proximity to the Maryland Zoo and the B&O Railroad Museum and because the rate was considerably lower than others we had researched. We learned that you get what you pay for... The room had a bad smell (our six year old discovered some discarded food inside the air conditioning unit the following morning). There was an iron shaped burn in a prominent location of the floor and cigarette burns in the edge of the bathtub. Our youngest child took his first shower; we wouldn't allow a tub bath due to scum around the edges. The toilet leaked so badly that the bathroom floor tiles were perpetually slippery. Black mold took up one corner of the bathroom floor. Since we wouldn't allow our children to walk on the carpet in their bare feet (it was unbelievably dirty) they entertained themselves by counting cigarette burn marks on the bedspreads. The mattresses were so worn that we slid toward the middle. That didn't matter too much considering that the noise from the air conditioning unit and the loud voices outside the door kept us up all night. After a sleepless night we just laughed when we started to make coffee in the in-room coffee maker- and discovered it hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest. The breakfast room was much cleaner, though the cream cheese and milk seemed outdated. The bagels were fresh and the attendant was helpful. We are a frugal family, but all agreed that a 25% cost difference will no longer be one of the deciding factors when choosing a hotel.

It was priced reasonably and location for my convenience. One light bulb was burn out, but once report the staff was very friendly & helpful to replace what was needed.

The room was OK..I didn't like that I had to go back to the check-in area for ice. Secondly, the bathroom ceiling was peeling off. The bathroom was so small, you had to leave the door open to use the toilet. This is ok for the money as long as you're not trying to impress someone special

The hotel's location is relatively good. Not far from BWI and one of main streets of the town. So it is easy to find any type of stores if you are looking for something. Free wireless was good. Other than that, well.. I would way you will get what you pay for. It is a relatively cheap place to stay if you compare other hotels in nearby. The room needs definitely renovation work. Some yellowish paint spots on the bathroom tub, worn-down blankets, flatten pillows, thin ivory-colored towels (they should be as white as snow), and I-don't-want-to-know stuff in AC unit. My neighbor had a licking toilet, too. The power outlet was located near AC. If you want to use your computer, you have to either turn off AC or have a long power cord so that you can use it on the bed. Very inconvenient. I reserved a non-smoking room but I could smell a trace of smoking every time I went in. The hotel does not allow customers to use hotel computers. If you want to check in your flight through online, you have to bring your confirmation number to the counter and ask them to print out for you. The staff was not so friendly. I would not say they are rude. They do what you ask them to do but it seemed like they forgot how to smile. Cleaness is the most mojor issue at the hotel. I would pay more if I can stay a cleaner room. Everything was so cheap. I could bear this time because my trip was short but I would not want to visit the place ever again.

Front desk clerk was very friendly, professional and personable. Was very surprised to see how well the room was decorated. The entire staff was friendly and very professional. Got up in the morning to fresh brewed coffee, juice, bagels, and mini muffins-free. The room and everything in it was very clean. I would highly recommend the Ramada.

This hotel would have been perfect if the room was cleaned and it didn't smell awful. I know that when you stay in a hotel it sometimes smells smokey, but this was terrible. Nothing was clean, other than the beds being made up. It wasn't even like they tried to make it look clean. Every mirror was dirty and the toilet had pee all over it. The only thing I had to clean with was alcohol so we used that to clean the seat since my 4yr old isn't tall enough to squat on it. The price was good, the pool was extremely well kept (which is not usually what I can say about most hotels), and the location was good too. It was just dirty, and stinky, which gave the room a depressing feel to it.

While this motel was convenient to my CEU class held in Ellicott City, my overall lingering impression is that the owners have done nothing for updating, "deep cleaning" of carpets, bed covers and walls/ceiling. Also attendant were scores of ants on the counter tops as well as the bed. The big plus was free WiFi Wish I could be more positive, but "it is what it is."

Excellent value. Small bathroom. I was traveling to a concert in Baltimore and was looking for a cheap place to stay overnight so we didn't have to drive straight back home afterwards. This hotel more than fit the bill. It was in easy location to many local stores and restaurants and only 10 miles away from the venue where the concert was being held. While the bathroom may have seemed a bit small, the shower in it was amazing. My two companions and I spent a long time in there after the concert. This place really did exceed all expectations I had. I would definitely stay there again the next time I travel to Baltimore.

The Ramada Inn Limited was very comfortaable and clean room. Enjoyed the shower being seperate from the bathroom sink area. The continental breakfast was nice for a good morning breakfast. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The location is near many local restraunts and a fitness center. I would absolutely stay there again.
