Ramada Hotel is an impressive place to stay. The location is accessible to the place's points of interest. the staffs are very polite and responsive to all our requests.

Nothing. After all the fee's, my total room price exceeded their standard room rates. I felt like I had no choose once I reserved the room. It was not worth the headache. I will never do that again.

This hotel was super clean and very nice. The ""breakfast"" didn't offer much and the fire alarm went of bright and early because someone burnt a piece of toast. The hotel is not in town, but it is in a nice quiet area and it only takes minutes to get where you want to go!

I was traveling alone so it was great to have a friendly person at the check in desk. The hotel was well kept, however, it was not located in a area where food was available. The desk clerk did recommend a small diner within walking distance. It was not what I would have went into, considering how it looked on the outside and inside, but I ordered soup and it was good. Being very close to the airport, it was a good place to stay as long as you have already had your supper.

The breakfast. Rooms next to us were too noisy and did not appreciate getting a handicapped room. Hotel was fine, staff was fine. We did not like the handicapped room (bathroom) and the people in room next to us were too loud for too long.

my kids had a blast & loved the continental breakfast & indoor pool. They also have a small workout area. This hotel is close to everything:airport, bass pro, mall, etc... the checkout wasn't til 12pm, which was great. The lady at check in was super friendly & had our key ready when we got there. she also let us swim an hour later than what was posted. the room was clean. the only think i didn't like was the mattress pad--felt plasticky--yuck. the shower head was amazing & i didnt want to get out of the bath:)overall, great experience!

Being so near the airport was worth a great deal to us because we had to be at there before 5 am. The front desk was very accomadating in lining up transportation for us both when we returned the rental car and the next morning seeing that the taxi was out front in time to get to the airport. The room was clean and the bed was much better than at other motels where we had to stay. I would be happy to stay there again if we are in Springfield.

The coffee at the free breakfast was pretty good. The microwave was not easy to use and the fridge was barely cool without any option to turn it up. I feel like I didn't' receive any bargain in Springfield, MO. My price plus fees and this hotel was not worth any more than that for sure.

Clean and good breakfast selection. We were awakened early the next morning by a hotel recording that we did not ask for. Felt like they wanted to push us out. Every thing was very nice, except the unwanted wake-up call the next morning. We were tired and needed to sleep more, but the automated call (not requested) interrupted us.

Very clean. Heated pool clean and chlorine level low. Good bed.Good shower. Pool area either poorly heated or not heated at all. Had to stay in the pool. Stool was loose and wobbled. Fixtures, (furniture, carpet, etc.) showing wear but was clean and comfortable.

Wireless internet for free, cableTV andfree breakfast. Very dirty, old the box spring, stains all over the bedspreads, fitness room was awful. This hotel was conveniently located, check in and out was very easy, and the wireless internet is free. However, the bad qualities out weight the good. Rooms were dirty, furniture old. Staff was not terribly friendly. Fitness room left a lot to be desired with only one of three pieces of equipment in good working condition. Continental breakfast was very basic and did not offer a lot of variety.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and the room was well organized with microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom was small and the door nearly hit the toilet. It was a little hard to manouver. The hotel was clean, neat, and located where we needed to be at the time. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay.
