The Ramada Inn and Lighthouse was very clean and comfortable, the only problem was the air conditioner was very noisy. It was close enough to all the attractions South Haven has to offer. I really enjoyed my stay.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, pool was fun. Some cracks in the grout in the bathroom. We enjoyed the hotel a lot. We have small children, so the pool was the main attraction. It was open fairly late (11 on the weekends) and that gave us plenty of time to enjoy it after our late check in. There was a microwave in the room for popcorn, and the breakfast in the morning had a waffle maker and biscuits with gravy. Then we got in another round of swimming. I thought the staff was very helpful, and there was even a little store next to the front desk with ice cream which was a hit.

We found the hotel in a good central location for taking side trips - winery tour, small town shopping, etc.

Microwave refrigerator. Cheap bathroom racks. We enjoyed our stay, very reasonable cost. I would stay there again.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendlybut the beds are like sleeping on a rock. There is a separate small room for the bathtub and stool. Its like you are taking a bath in a box. Did not like it all. Would not recommend to stay here.

The Ramada Inn was priced well and conveniently located. The room was a nice size and the staff was friendly and helpful. On the down side, the indoor pool was not very clean and our room didn't get cleaned until about 5pm. The breakfast area was great but not big enough to accommadate all the people that came down to take advantage of it.

Hot breakfast. People were nice, food was satisfactory, and room was in nice shape.

The breakfast was great and the hotel was in a great location. The outside was being painted while we were there.

Nice pillows. Dirty pool, dirty hall ways and walls, dirty elevator. It was fair and served a purpose.

Clean and comfortable. Outside of town and next to Wal-Mart. It was a nice hotel to stay at for a two weekend getaway.

Very comfortable beds. The pool area was cheesy. Clean, safe, comfortable staff, nice accessible. Not enough rollaway - my two daughters and I had to sleep in a king bed and we all have adult size bodies.

Great Pillows and towels! Clean. Could not stay in room till next room ready 2nd night? Front desk staff not all knowledgeable - given incorrect info. Overall experience was good and we would stay there again.

The location was close to area attractions and easily accessible. Rooms were overly small and very cramped feeling. If you do not plan to stay in your room for any length of time, this is a decent choice. Personally, I would opt to stay in a Bed and Breakfast next time, the prices are not much more and you would get a lot more out of the experience.

The breakfast was very good and had both hot and cold choices. No complaints. We enjoyed our stay. The staff, the room and location were all that we expected. We had stayed there in the past when we visited Lake Michigan.

Breakfast food more than adequate. Location convenient. Pool not cleans enough. Was disappointed in reception of guests. Wasn't sure of charges until we left.

Location. Bed was hard as a rock. Generally the room looked clean; however, there was a huge urine stain on one of the bedspreads, which made me distrustful of the actual cleanliness. Also, the motel stated it had wireless, but were unable to connect to the internet.
