Sofa bed could hardly be called that -- run-down sofa, dirty and stained -- thin mattress bad over a frame that is wobbly and scratchy. Floors stained. Chairs with cigarette burn holes. Carpet badly stained. Lock broken off the door. Even the Coke machine down the hall didn't work! The low price for a suite room doesn't make this a bargain.

This hotel was dirty, screens falling of windows, no batteries in the TV control, no light bulbs, and no shower head. We took a hosing rather than a shower. When we complained they said they would send maintenance up--we complained 3 times and no response. We also had to catch the limo to the airport at 3:30 and they made us (including my 90 yr old father!) stand outside in the cold because the lobby was not open yet--even though there were staff there!

Very sizeable suite, we were not falling over each other. The pool was closed for cleaning and inspection. Breakfast was ok, did not like the taste of the biscuits and gray. Very nice, newly remodeled. Staff was very friendly. Close enough to area attractions.

My gf and I were returning from a business trip to Nashville and had checked out of our other hotel and thought we would rent a cheap room by the airport because our flight was leaving the next morning. What a mistake to choose the Ramada. The room was disgusting. It smelled, the TV was antique, and the overall room was dirty. My gf said there was no way she was staying there and I agreed. The smell was making be want to gag. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had booked through the travel website and foolishly did not put much stock in the reviews. We decided it was well worth losing out on the ~60 to find a more hospitable room.

pool was closed. Breakfast was terrible, cold coffee, or cold cereal only. very bad and the woman who was in charge was rude.

Free continental breakfast. Swimming pool was out of order. The hotel was nice in it's location, it was located close to the highway that got you to the major tourist highlights. There was a little bit of a drive to get to the eating facilities. The staff was friendly, the breakfast good. The room was a little cramped, but it was clean, and the cleaning service was very nice and professional.

The bed space was wonderful as there were five of us, it had 2 bedrooms and a pull out bed in the sofa. The sofa was stained and we had to cover it. The carpet was stained and needed cleaning, It needed a lamp for the living area. Since we didn't spend much time there, it was not too bad. The construction should have been noted at the time of booking, but it wasn't. the breakfast was great..not much variety though. I am sure it will be much better once they finish with the work on it.

This place has got to be on a hidden camera show! It was filthy, and there was a donkey in the parking lot. When I complained about excessive noise the manager gave me tickets to a carnival. I now knew were the donkey came from!

The couch was worn, dirty and torn. Kitchen sink hot water was disconnected, bedroom closet inaccessible due to a queen bed 10 away, no heater in bedroom or bath, the whole unit smelled, ice machine broken, two washers only one worked, no door knobs on two doors into breakfast area,carpet dirty, stains on walls, sloppily painted, paint on lighting fixtures,bathroom so small you had to stand to the side to close the door,no variation in breakfast menu,door lock/trim not repaired properly from obvious break in attempt. But the lobby was nice.

Entering the room from outside. Also, I wasn't told that the key deactivate at 12:00 noon. The front desk would need to reactivate the card. I didn't like entering the room from outside. I felt like I was in a cheap motel. The card needed to be reactivated daily that wasn't told to me. We would have to walk or drive back to the front desk in order for the room to be reactivated. I think that it was privately owned. I will make sure that I ask more questions next time.

I will never stay at this hotel again. I got it through Priceline, so I thought it would be good. First when we got there our reservation wasn't there. Priceline had to refax our reservation. Second the room was dirty. The carpet seemed filthy. We pulled back the cover on my bed and there was a small blood spot - bed bugs??? I called the front desk for someone to change the linen, no one ever came. The next morning, my son's pillow had little blood spots, again, bed bugs? I would have moved, but didn't know if I could get another hotel since it was already paid through the travel website. Now I'm afraid to try the travel agency anymore. Do not stay here. It stinks.

The Ramada Inn and Suites Opryland South Nashville turned out to be in a great location for our planned time there. I liked the fact that I was within 10 minutes of most locations I wanted to visit. Although I drove to the Hotel, It was located near Nashville airport which I thought was another plus.

The Ramada had a great shuttle service that pick me up at the Airport and took me to the hotel. My check in was quick and easy, and the room was pretty clean. The hotel staff were very friendly, and gave you a little southern hospitality. I would stay at this hotel again and thought the place was nice.
