Date of Stay:

Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to find. Excellent breakfast included. No rate on pool, wasn't open yet.

April, 2008
The location was very accessible to the event we were attending. They were very honest in sharing things with me to make my next trip less expensive. The free buffet was very nice but the food was greasy. The room smelled like mildew, possibly because of the pool. The staff was very friendly and nice.

Minimal, but you can live with that. But when I was denied a check in with excuse after excuse given -- that was the worst. Very few rooms occupied, but they had no rooms available. Will NEVER patronize them again.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable room - very good breakfast which came with room. Would stay here again.

Location. Poor internet. Hotel was ok for business travel. Had to change rooms to get internet connection.
Date of Stay:

For an older hotel the rooms were well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was a full hot breakfast buffet in the resturant

The Hotel personnel were mnore than accommodating. They really went the extra yard to make everyone feel at home.

Pretty lobby. Bathroom update not well done. The lobby was nice. The room was not cramped and it was clean. The hotel has been updated, but on the cheap.

Hotel was very uncomfortable and I felt dirty I was to stay 3 nights but c/o after 1. I travel alone and felt unsafe.

The hotel was very nice. It was not extraordinary but clean and a good value for the money. The pub had very good food and the morning breakfastat the restaraunt was really good.

Hot breakfast buffet included. Old, musty smelling. Friendly, convenient, good price, easy to find, nice view of the outdoor pool. Pillows uncomfortable. Nothing fancy, just a decent place to sleep and have breakfast.

"I thought it might be somewhat of a dive, but it was clean, comfortable and the service was friendly. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

i like the area, and the location. things are at your finger tip. i did not like the smoking in the breakfast area. place is not large enough to have smoking and non-smoking. i would love to see an improvement there. the motel could use some remodeling - would be nice. i really like the area, and i will be back next year if all is well. i love going to the outlet shops.

Convenient to interstate. Outdoor pool. Drains in bathroom very, very slow. Standing in ankle deep water during shower. 5 minute drain time. Convenient to the interstate. Good place for a short stay.

It was fine...clean room, comfy bed, etc. The hotel is right off the interstate and you can hear it all night, especially if you're a light sleeper. Furthermore, my toilet flapper was broken, causing the water to continuously run unless I manually put it back into its proper place after every single flush. When I let hotel management know, they told me they'd have someone out the next morning. Two days later, the toilet problem had not been fixed and I was checking out. Since the toilet was a minor problem and I was only in my room for sleeping, it wasn't a huge problem. But I imagine that if you were to have something really wrong, that the speediness of their maintenance staff might not be adequate to deal with it. The hotel is in a decent area of Burlington...I felt safe. And it's fairly close to the new very nice strip mall that was recently opened there.

Clean and friendly staff. Near the highway. I little noisy. This is our third time staying in this hotel. It is the best price and the hotel is clean, beds comfortable and the staff is friendly it also include breakfast. I'd stay here again.

The hotel was very economical and in a great location. It was easy to find, right off the interstate. Pretty night bar on complex. Good prices and very friendly front desk staff. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have hoped but it wasn't too bad.

The staff was very nice and the restaurant was good. The carpet in our room was dirty and bathroom had mold. Motel was convenient for our visit and comfortable. Room carpet and bathroom could have been cleaner.

The king size bed was comfortable. Damp smelling rooms. VERY disappointed in my recent stays at this hotel. Although I will return to the Burlington area as my daughter attends school there I will NEVER stay there again.

Comfortable, clean, good location, great breakfast. I liked everything. I strongly recommend. I went there to attend a trade show in High Point. The hotel has all you need in a business trip. Clean room, comfortable bed, iron board, good TV and cable, free wireless internet, workstation with printer available in the lobby. If you have kids, they have a good pool.
