Hotel very nice. Room was clean. Very quiet and easy to find. No elevator but stairs weren't bad. Breakfast could've been better. Right next door to Denny's Restaurant which comes in handy. Jacuzzi room was worth the price! I would stay again and recommend to anyone. Great deal!

Attended conference at West Point, hotel was a place to sleep. Breakfast was the normal yukky stuff hotels add as a "benefit". This one is better skipped in favor of real food.

Nothing. The rooms were in much disrepair; one of the towels on the bar was like a cleaning towel. It was not a good experience.

This is one of the better hotels in the area.

Security of outside doors with exception of other guests putting rocks to prop doors. Was like a maze getting to our rooms, needed more towels and bathroom was poorly lit.

If your looking for a courteous, polite, friendly hotel for a weekend stay with your family...then this is NOT the place. The day time employees are rude and DO NOT make you feel welcomed at all. The pool closes at 8:00 pm and you better get your butt out of the pool or else a weird looking psycho with a grill of a madman may pull you out. My stay at the Ramada was a very unpleasant one. The sofa bed is absolutely uncomfortable. Please take my advice - you will not be happy with your visit.

Helpful staff, breakfast staff excellent, comfortable temp in room, comfortable shower. Large black stain on facecloth, bedspread seam split 8 corner nearest door, windowsill in very poor repair, uncomfortable sofa bed. Needs check of condition of rooms and linens. Have photos to substantiate what I have reported. Paid extra fee to have 2nd bed. Room temps very comfortable. Shower easy to adjust to comfortable temp. Breakfast staff very helpful and solicitous. Quiet motel area.

This isn't the worst place I've ever stayed, but the Comfort Inn up the street is much cleaner/nicer for about the same . We stayed here, thinking it would be nicer, and it was a little cheaper. It was old, no elevator, and the place was just yucky.

Easy to find- right off the highway. Restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was extremely low quality. I needed directions to West Point and the woman at the desk was very helpful. Pretty safe- you need a key to get into the hallway to get to the rooms (I was on the first floor). The room was clean with a good bed. I had to screw in the bathtub drain plug - it had come undone and the tub/shower knob came off as well- but it was functional. I wasn't unhappy with anything about the room. The free breakfast in the morning was pretty bad - not much to choose from, generic cereal, half donuts and bagels, they did have a make your own waffle station but the cups of batter looked scary to me - like they had been sitting out for a while.

Easy to find, many attraction around it. Staff not friendly at front desk. 2nd floor had steps in hallway, pool not opened. It was OK. Wouldn't want to stay at his hotel again. Front desk was ignorant, very short and rude when asked a questions. The hallways on the 2nd floor had steps right in middle of hallway. No continental breakfast, parking very limited due to a night club at hotel. And when returned at night had no where to park.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was secure. The pool was not open at this time. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the hotel was secure.

Very good location to food, gas and shopping. Old hotel room and hall smelled like cigarette smoke.

The employee's serving the Continental breakfast were very rude & I am not sure if they could speak English! Overall the stay wasokay except for the service at the Continental breakfast. The food wasokay nothing special!

It was fine. Walk to the room up the stairs. It is close to West Point.

I liked the location. I didn't like the construction. I had no hot water at midnight, when i asked the front desk they said they would send someone up and hour later no one had come to check it. The heat was not hot it was lukewarm. The clerk extended my check out time till 1pm butI was still upset about my stay. Plus they put us right near other couples and there was a whole bunch of construction going on and the lobby was a mess.

Location to Thruway, Route 84 and Train station excellent. Near the airport. Good restaurants nearby. Beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. Bathroom was old but sufficient.

Hotel was okay, felt like the room was dingy/dirty. I was disappointed. The housekeeping service prepped our room using dirty towels, the coffee maker had mildew inside the water well and the premises had no elevator. This was not a problem for me (I traveled light) however dragging my spouse's luggage up the stairs was annoying. The stairwells between floors were narrow which also made my bellhop duties difficult. The lighting in the hallways left you feeling that it was always 11pm no matter what the actual time of the day is/was and gave me the feeling that I was staying in an SRO. I should stay at the Hilton down the block.

Location and breakfast starts at 5am. Old, dingy and smells like cigarettes. Bed was okay but wallpaper and details of cleanliness not there. I thought Ramada would have higher standards but it was no better than one star.
Date of Stay:
August, 2008
Good room size, clean linens, plenty of TV channels. The toilet did not flush completely. Slow bath drain. The accommodations are adequate. They could improve the plumbing. The staff should always be visible to greet guests at the front desk, not lurking behind a one-way mirror.

It's near the highway. Lobby is gloomy. The room is clean and comfortable. Common space are gloomy and dark.
