clean room and quiet location

Overall the hotel was fine. I did have to kill two spiders in the bathroom the first day and there was a long black hair on the shower wall. My sons enjoyed the pool. The location is great for going into Memphis, but not having to pay the higher price of the city. I would consider this hotel again.

Was given a room with broken air conditioner for staters. The front desk persons were unwilling to assist me in a room change until they acknowledged that my air conditioner was broke! I sweated and hated to return to the hotel. I told front desk about this problem my second day there; she attempted to insult my intelligence by rationalizing why the air conditioner was inoperatable! They waited until the day before check-out to offer me another room!

We had to call for directions from the freeway after an hour trying to find - but when we got there, the staff were friendly, the room great - the beds were fantastic! What a way to end a long grueling trip. Wish I had had time to enjoy the rest of the facilities.
