Interviewing at Touro University and visiting friends. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms weren't Westin plush, but comfortable and convenient. Refrigerator and microwave came in handy! I would stay there again.

In the middle of the night while me and my boyfriend were sleeping, someone came into our room and stole jewlery and watches from out room. after complaining to management, they were returned to our room while we were out. Not safe. dont stay here. or don't bring anything of value.

It was in the middle of everything we did. We toured Mare Island, great pics. We visited Pier 39 in Sanfrancisco, ate at Bubba Gumps. Saw Sequoias at Muir Woods and also visited Muir Beach on the Pacific Ocean. Went to Modavi Vineyards in Nappa. Saw and crossed Golden Gate Bridge. Traveled up the Streets of SanFrancisco. WOW what a trip. First time for us.

I loved how soft the bed was and how fluffy the top blanket was. I think that you souled have the hot coco packets in the rooms for youngsters and coco lovers. Thanks.

We arrived and it looked fine from the outside and the area seemed nice. Inside the said they couldn't give us a rollaway even though we already requested it. I continued to persist that online travel website said we could so they finally called management and they put is in another room. We arrived to a very old smelly room that didn?t even have toilet paper in it. I didn?t want to take off my shoes because the carpet was so old. It had a kitchen but nothing in it not even a coffee pot. They never did remember to bring extra towels without being asked each day. Even though it was obvious we had 5 people sleeping there. The continental breakfast was very limited and they were strict about closing down by 9:00 even though six flags didn?t open until 10:30. I wanted to move but there were no hotels in the area that were available. I realized that was why we ended up booking there. This hotel isn?t worth the savings to stay at. Stay out further if there isn?t anything available and drive in to six flags!

This place was the worst hotel I have ever seen. When we first arrived, there were three people at the counter ignoring us, when I asked to check in they took our info, and gave us our cards. The elevator was scary so even with all the bagagge we opted to lug it up 3 flights of stairs. While looking for the room I noticed that the carpet had been worn through, and there were dead roaches in the hallway, we got to the room and the key didn't work. After I finally got one of the teenagers behind the counter to help me (on their cell phones), went back to the room to find that it was a smoking roome (asked for non) with a full size bed (asked for queen), the swamp cooler didn't work, there was no cold water (only scalding and hot), and when we put our bags on the bed a billow of dust came up. Oh, and the bed I think was only a box spring because you could feel the individual springs on the bed. I called downstairs and asked for another room, the girl (quite rude) told me that since I booked it through travelocity it was my problem and they didn't have any other rooms. No manager on site, this was during normal business hours too. We left and stayed at the travelodge down the street. This hotel is just gross, the bathroom was gross, the bed was gross and the "employees" were not helpful. When we checked out they told us it was travel agents fault we got the smoking room etc. and to complain to them. The manager when I got ahold of him was not helpful, but I've written a letter to the parent company.

Shower water was not consistent. Hot then cold, then Really hot and then really cold. Bed was old and very hard, currled up at one end. Could not sleep well at all either night. Sink was cracked and needed to be replaced. If not for the location and staff friendliness I would not recomend this hotel to a friend.

For what it is (just a Ramada), this was a good hotel. We had a nice stay here. The room was so-so (TV stations were occasionally staticky), but it was quiet. We came with the intention of doing laundry and were happy to see that their laundry room had two working washers and dryers. They don't have a fitness center on site, but you can use the local 24-hour fitness, which is about a ten-minute drive. Getting access to the club is really easy (just bring your room key and an ID) and the club is laid out nicely. It was defintely worth the short drive to be able to work out at a real gym for free.

I was impressed at the value for the money. The room was clean, not shabby nor in need of repair. The staff was frendly. For my purposes the location was good. It took a couple of minutes for the temperature in the shower to stabilize. I would stay here again.

The location was great...We were a short drive to several restaurants, shopping, even a movie theater. Our room was clean, and the bed comfortable. I would however suggest new lighting fixtures, and central air. The A/C wall unit's in the rooms are not enough.

We checked in and girl at front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. We went to our room and found hair in the bed, we always turn sheets down as we get into room. The entire hotel needs to be remodeled, which is what they were doing. Hundreds of pieces of furniture were in the parking lot and the hallways. We were moved into another room and the sheets also had hair, so we asked for clean sheets and changed the bed ourselves. The carpet was very dirty, there was furniture in the room that did not match and it was cluttered. A big armour sat in front of the window and we could not get fresh air. The room was non-smoking, but smell of cigarrettes. I'm sorry to say it was not a very pleasent stay at this Ramada. I have stayed in other Ramada's which have been very good, in Los Angeles and in San Francisco.
