The attractiveness and location was great. You could hear every word the person was saying in the room next to yours. This hotel was great and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and the free beer and nachos at night was a plus! There were two problems we encountered. The first was the room's smell was a little strong - it was a good odor, but just strond and it took a few days to air out. The second was that you could hear every word in the room next to yours.

Our experience was really bad. Room was not clean. We both got a Norovirus from the buffet. The room was very noisy.

Free beer, free breakfast. Ran out of bath towels and was told to wait for maids. Would stay again ,first choice for us.

This hotel was a true gem. I booked it because of it's good reviews and it's proximity to relatives we were visiting. Was I surprised to see it truly was a resort. The grounds are spectacular as is the pool & hot tub. There was a hospitality hour each night which we unfortunately couldn't attend and a good breakfast each morning - both complimentary. I wish I could have spent more time to sightsee & enjoy the hotels amenities. Only drawback was a smoker must have stayed in our room before us. No fault of the management but unfair to non-smokers when smokers smoke in a non smoking room.

I chose 2 room suite for presence of microwave and fridge and expected the living room to be somewhere comfortable to relax in the evening and plan the next day's adventure. The only place there was enough light to read by was in bed. I moved a lamp from the bedroom to the livingroom table to solve that problem. There was a tv in each room but a remote only for the bedroom tv. There was approximately a square foot between the tub and toilet where one could stand and have enough clearance to close the bathroom door. On the other hand water pressure in the shower was good and the towels were large. The room had chipped paint on doors, a bifold closet door that didn't close, paint spatters on windows. Carpeting felt greasy, but was too dark to tell if it was spotted. The windows in both rooms opened but neither had screens or grates so I was not comfortable with them open. The security lights in the parking area closest to my room were burned out and/or non existent. My only contact with front desk was to request extra hangers (3 were provided) which never materialized. The location was good, set back from the road enough to be quiet, near grocery stores and lots of small restaurants, close to Sabino Canyon and Mt. Lemmon. I liked the layout and landscaping. With some maintenance and redecorating this place could be outstanding.

Good location, clean, nice. Staff could have been more welcoming. It was convenient, good for my needs. Very clean and nicely furnished. I would stay at this location again. The price was right for my limited income.

It is in a quite area. The handicap rooms are good but when I called they said we could have one of the rooms and when we checked in that had not been set up. The hotel is ok. It is hard to get into from main road. Some of the staff is willing to work with you to get the right room for you. But others just want you to take the room that they setup for you. I asked for non smoking handicapped room with two beds. Was setup with smoking, one bed and not handicapped. One gentleman did help with that, but had to take another room not handicapped.

Beds, clean room, everything worked, good breakfast. Dirty carpet, although they were replacing others. Restaurants, gas station, shopping center, close by. Free breakfast, and drink in the evening, nice pool, and friendly staff. We will stay again.

The housekeeping staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast----the eggs were rubbery, there was construction going on. We had an enjoyable stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was average. It was clean. I would stay there again.

Room was large and quiet. Microwave, refrigerator and television barely functioned. Housekeeping was minimal. I asked for wake up call and didn't get it. All in all, the hotel was pleasant enough. It could use a makeover as doors had holes and appliances didn't work well. The microwave was filthy with food when I checked in, gross!

Nice pool and patio area, clean rooms, excellent location. Poor treatment by management staff. My stay at this hotel was near perfect except for the treatment from the management staff. I met two of the managers and both treated me poorly -- and for no apparent reason as I was only checking in or extending my stay. My experiences with staff, the hotel meets or exceeds its rating.

the rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly, the pool was clean- good for the kids. Everything was good. The hotel is nice, clean and located close to restaurants and stores. The staff is very friendly and helpful the check in and out times are nice if you want to sleep in you can or take a nice swim before you go.
