Close to my family who I was in town to very. Very clean rooms. Staff was very helpful. I requested a early check-in because I had an early flight and they had my room clean and ready for me when I arrived.

Mold in window seal and cable went out. When we first arrived we were very happy with our choice of room, by mid week the room had a moldy smell from the window seal, the cable went out and they had no intention of fixing it and depending on the staff working the front desk the answers to my questions would change. Laundry service, free complimentary and soap free, but soap $1.00, machines 1.25 and 1.50.

The phone in my room didn't work, but they quickly replaced it. I was surprised to find out that people couldn't call my room and leave messages.

Room was clean but in need of some repairs. Did not like not getting a zero balance receipt at check out.

The continental breakfast. No indoor pool. There was also no hot water in our room. Instead of moving our room, we had to stay in our room and just use the shower and sink in another room, without messing it up! Completely horrible, especially with small children!

It was a very uncomforable experience. I thought I was booking into a 4 star Motel with internet connection and a smoking room. I got put in an out building and not elevator (I'm almost 69) and had to carry my luggage up the steep sset of stairs. Then tried to get on my computer and couldn't get into any of the news articles. Called the desk and was told the internet reception depended on how far I was from the router. My room was the farest away. I told them that the situation was not acceptable and was told if I didn't like it I could come down (along with my luggage) and check out. Which I did. I have requested a refund from Orbitz. I even had to go to another location in order to make new reservations at Super 8.

Great breakfast with variety. Small spa area that ran out of towels. The hotel was conveniently located with numerous shopping opportunities nearby, also plenty of restaurants. The hotel was clean and quiet with a good breakfast in the morning.

Many family members converged in Veradale that weekend for a wedding. The lobby/social area of the hotel proved a wonderful place for us to socialize and catch up with each other. It so happened that we also coincided with a couple of high school groups holding their senior trip; so it was a bit noisy in the hallways.

Clean, convenient, and good complimentary breakfast. Decor was outdated, but fine for the price. Our room was across from the ice machine, but it was a quiet weeknight, so all was fine. Room was clean, not fancy, breakfast great, staff knowledgeable. Would stay here again, but might pay the $5 more for internet rate to get a better room location.

The room (2 queens) was comfortable and clean though a little run down. Close to shopping. Continental breakfast was nice, with lots of variety. Staff was polite but not very friendly.

I was truly impressed by the size of the room. There were many extras that made my stay very pleasant. I was impressed by the all of the staff, from the front desk to the maids they were pleasant and helpful. The room was much larger than I anticipated. It was very clean and well appointed. There were more than enough towels and personal amenities. The bed was comfortable and the linens appeared to be upgraded. The delux continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The first morning we arrived near the end of service and still found the breakfast had plenty of variety. The nightly cookies were also a surprise, it was fun to sit in front of the fireplace with a cup of coffe and cookies and watch the snow.

Location via freeway. My room was dirty and there were bugs. I had to clean my room and I had to kill several bugs in my room. There weren't any garbage bags in the garbage cans, and when my husband asked about it he was told that they don't put garbage bags in the cans in this part of the hotel. I was extremely disappointed!

Friendly staff wasvery accommodating. Parking and walk ways not cleared very well, due to weather conditions. Staff was very helpful, even offered to bring in a crib for our newborn. Gave us our choice of floor, and with small kids being on a ground level is important to us. Over all quiet and comfortable. My only issue was with the parking, due to the heavy snowfall it was difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. I understand that weather was to blame and it was hard to keep up with it, but felt the walkways could have been cleared a little better.
