Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Did not clean my room on one day during stay. It was okay. I would stay here again. I believe I got my moneys worth.

Very good mid scale hotel with ample of space and amenities in the room. We stayed four nights at Ramada Seaworld and both of the nights went very good. The staff was courtesious and very friendly. If you are going first time to San Antonio then you don't have to worry about directions and area attractions. We enjoyed food at Bill Miller BBQ first day which was located just next door to the Ramada. They also have a free breakfast with hot waffles every morning. Overall our stay was pleasant and comfortable. I would stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is located in a very populated, busy area. The police station is very close and we heard many sirens during the night. Several car alarms went off at different times as well. It is not a place for a family trip because of the amount of traffic so close to the hotel. The pool is located directly in front of the hotel facing the highway. It was not someplace you could relax.. The entrance to the hotel is not very clearly marked. There is a microwave and refridgerator in the room. There is a Walmart within a mile of this location. The room was clean. There are two full-service resturants and one fast food resturant within walking distance of the hotel. We were in town for a graduation at Lackland AFB;

I was please with the comfort of the beds. This hotel was across the street from a fire station. The fire alarm went off about five times her night and woke us up. I was pleased with the staff, everyone I encountered was friendly. For an economy hotel, the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The only issue I had with this hotel was that it was directly across the street from a fire station. Several times per night, screeching alarms and fire trucks woke us up. This was especially an issue for the toddler in my traveling party. Since the alarms were so loud, and she was startled awake, it was difficult to calm her again. Unless you are not awakened easily, I would not recommend this hotel!

Very good hotel and great staff. We were new to town and the staff took care of us by giving directions of local area attractions and restaurants. They even have small safes in the rooms to keep your valuables. The beds were comfortable and even had four pillows on the bed. I would definately stay again.

Very nice hotel...The staff was very helpful and the rooms smelled fresh. I was there with my families to go to Seaworld and the hotel was just 3 miles away with 4 restaurants on-site. One of the best thing is a free continental breakfast in the morning with hot waffles. We got good maps and directions from the hotel staff. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who come to San Antonio.

The hotel was average. It was a place to sleep and that was all I really needed. Probably was one of the lower end hotels I have stayed at. But it seemed clean, it was quiet and close to where I needed to be.

Located by highway and free continental breakfast. It's too small and outdated (1980s). The rooms were more like economic level. The restrooms were very very small - you could go to the toilet and slide over to the tub all in one!

It was a great stay with my families. We enjoyed beautiful hospitality and friendly front desk personnel. We were there to attend my son's graduation ceremony at Lackland AFB. I made the right choice. We will definately stay here again when we go back to San Antonio.

Thye room smelled like smoke. They would not give us another room. The traffic was really loud all night and the fire stations sirens went off all night.

I stayed at the Ramada Inn for 3 nights with a group of 3 people, the room was just right for us. It was clean and big, giving everyone their space. The air conditioning worked well too in the 100+ degree heat. We went to Lackland AFB and this was definitely close enough to base in my opinion, took maybe 10 minutes to get there.

Rooms werereasonable and bed wasreasonably andcomfortable. Room safe was nice. Continental breakfast was good. Waffle maker made waffles that looked like Texas.

There is a fire station directly across the street from this hotel. We did not get any sleep during our 3 night stay for sirens going off ALL night long! We had to reserve a smoking room because there were no non-smoking rooms available. The smell was horrendous. I can't imagine even smokers being able to stand the smell. We used almost a whole can of Fabreeze and it did not make a dent in the odor. People were constantly sliding menus under the door at all hours. We stayed there because of price and location to our destination, but won't make the same mistake again. The only good thing I can say is that the staff was very helpful and courteous.

It was a wonderful experience with my family. We went to Sea World for fun and stayed at Ramada Inn. The room was clean and with all amenities that are needed. The staff were very helpful.

While the room itself was clean... the tub was not. Aside from that, the location was GREAT for Sea World travel. The price was not bad either. :) The staff in the lobby were very friendly.

That it had a microwave, fridge and continental breakfast. The cleanliness of the room (i.e. - coffee pot not cleaned, they put unclean, used glasses on counter top. The hotel was older, but pretty well kept clean. However, they did not clean out the in-room coffee pot and grounds. Also, there were used and unclean glass, glasses on the counter top for use. They had the paper tops on them as if they were clean, but being as I had seen a news clip on hotel staff not cleaning or not cleaning glasses properly, I looked at them before using them. Two of them had dried soda inside, and one had a clear liquid dried on the inside. I had to wash them before we could use them. The staff here are lazy when it comes to room cleaning.

Older hotel that is showing it age. Friendly staff. Get a room on the back side - the front is across the street from a fire station! Lots of traffic in the area. More of a place to sleep than a destination.

what they dont tell you is there is a fire station across the street.A few times at very early morning the had fire call with sirens and all so beware.pool is 20x40 for 72 rooms and only 9 loung chairs good luck getting one.other than that this place was ok.
