Comfortable bed and pillow which is rare these days

The hotel location was convenient from the highway. The hotel had an old rusty air conditioner in one of the rooms and water or mold damage in the bathroom. The hotel is great for a business traveler and for a family since it has an exercise area that includes volleyball net and a basketball court. The hotel also has a pool and a hot tub which would be great to relax in. The hotel rooms are clean but have small defects.

I must admit I was a little worried. But either this hotel has improved greatly or other people are too needy. The hotel is clean, good location, and friendly staff. Front desk was helpful when we had issues with out tv reception and also recommending local businesses when we asked. All the staff I have met has been friendly. Breakfast is good. I would stay again.

This hotel has a great location for sightseeing in multiple directions as it is near the intersection of the 40 and 240 freeways. The front desk staff was very helpful. Also, right next to hotel are an assortment of restaurants, drug stores and grocery stores which are very handy when doing day trips in the area.

We had a 2 room suite and it was very spacious with a huge jetted tub. Decor was rather plain. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and was a very basic hotel. There were inside corridors. The room was very spacious with a private patio/balcony. There was a small kitchenette and a very spacious bath.

Non-smoking SUITE...-- broken refrigerator. smelled of smoke. dingy, musty...certainly not what we expected of a hotel in the Asheville area for $*/night...bummer.

We were greeted by a very friendly front desk staff. His name was [...] and he was very out-going and gave us great directions to all the places we wanted to go. WOuld definitly stay here again.

Convenient and somewhat easy to access. Ramada sign was a small and not easily seen from the road. We enjoyed our stay, the lady at the front desk was really helpful and kind. I will stay there at that particular Ramada Inn in the future. We were only there one night, but was a good experience.

This hotel was absolutely filthy. Stains that clearly looked like blood and urine were on the sheets and also directly on the mattress. Photos are attached so you can see for yourself how unsanitary this place is. This is particularly unsafe for children, who are more susceptible to catching diseases from such conditions. Also, multiple people jiggled the doorhandles of both of our rooms during the night, and we were legitimately scared for the safety of the elderly couple in our party. When we complained the next morning, the front desk person was extremely rude. Furthermore, she said the manager would not be in until 11am (what kind of business is this?). The manager also refused to call us back. We later got a message from the front desk person that we would only get $10 off our room and nothing more. if you have any concern for your safety or health, I would stay far away from this place.

Water from A/C unit leaks on carpet. Maintenance guy said it was "normal". By the time we left we had a huge area that was soaked. The ice machine on our floor was not working. No vending or drink machines. You must go to counter to get snacks or drinks.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good the room very clean. My stay at the Ramada was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful the room comfort was very good and it was quiet. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in the area.

"This hotel was horrible, it should be $10.00 a night, the handle for the shower came right off when you turned it, the hotel is very old and worn, the room smelled, and there was no wireless internet as advertised, they claimed it was down and a switch needed to be hit, yet they couldn't do it, very unpleasant experience, I would NEVER stay at another Ramada after that experience."

I was in Asheville on family business. The location and price of the hotel is a great convienence. I have stayed at this location on two other occasions.

"The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold, with a pertrified wash cloth (stained) still sitting in the top of the shower. Half of an electricical plate cover was missing from an outlet next to the table. A child could have put a match box car in the opening. Also, my child was subject to PORN on the TV before 12:00am, no warning anywhere in the room the shows my not be appropriate for certain ages."

Cleanliness, friendliness, over all a great experience. Continental breakfast, facilities way too small for size of hotel. Would recommend to everyone, just get up early for the continental breakfast, facilities are way too small.

Breakfast was very good. Carpet at entry way was ripped and had lifted in place. Very unsafe! The outdoor carpeting was ripped. The night manager was more helpful that the day people at solving my problem with ice. (this was my problem as I was not pushing the right buttons to get the ice).

"We were visiting Biltmore and this hotel was a great location to all attractions. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was great,clean and comfy for our honeymoon. Our only problem was our room was located next to mostly smoking rooms and when we open our door and walked into the hallways it skunk of smoke. The need to clean carpets better and get air purifiers to help. Plan to stay again if get a chance."

Rooms were nice and bathrooms equipped. Breakfast was excellent. Expectations not met. I would not stay there again.
