It was easy to find and in a good location. The room was not very clean, Bathroom dirty, recliner had disgusting stains on the arms, bathroom lights did not work well, and they have a crazy energy sir charge of $1.99. The price was not bad but would expect more for the price. At least up to normal standards. I would suggest another place to stay.

The price and the location was okay. Swimming pool was not working at all, halls could use a cleaning, rooms in need of updating. The price was good, rooms outdated, okay clean wise, pool not working at all no water in it and a sign up saying they had to update to the mandates required, overall was okay experience star rating should be a one.

the ramada is located near the mall, it is also close to lots of eating choices. the hotel has wireless internet service, the room was clean and they even had a breakfast option. It was not free; however, it was cheaper than going offsite. The breakfast was good and you were able to buy the coupons the morning of and pick up local newspaper and usa today both free.

The Ramada Inn in Pocatello was perfect for a group of four, three kids and an adult for a weekend stay. It was nothing fancy but was clean and had a hot tub. Unfortunately when we went to use the hot tub it had been trashed by some little kids the previous evening and the janitor was cleaning it. The workout room was pretty lackluster, there was an operation walker but nothing else worked and the TV was broken. The location was great being close to the freeway and other restaurants. The breakfast provided in the hotel was nothing great but the food was ok and the price was good. It was also nice to be close the Pine Ridge Mall so the kids could go shopping.

The general managers concern when I complained about the property. Hotel room was disgusting, old, anddirty. The place is old, dirty, needs a serious million dollar remodel. The bathroom had hair all over the tub, the toilet had urine stains on it from the previous person, the ice tray had mens facial hair from shaving, the carpets are old, greasy.

This is by far one of the worst motels I've ever stayed in. The sliding glass door was so filthy dirty, you literally could barely see outside. Completely disgusting. The carpet was stained everywhere, the bedspread had a huge stain on it when turned over. The shower ceiling was either moldy or rusted out, i couldn't tell which. There was no hot water in the sink.I could go on and on.

This is an older structure. The maintenance personnel have not been doing a good job. There were strains on the celling, worn out carpets, broken celling tiles and the air conditioner sounded like a parked diesel truck at idle. This place wasn't very clean. However the personnel that were here were very nice.

The location was quite good with fuel, shopping and places to eat nearby. The hotel was not up to the standard of hotels I have stayed at through Priceline in this area before. The hotel has a lot of shortcomings. There was no clock in the room, the security on the sliding glass door did not work. The bedspread had several large burn holes in it. The bathroom needs an upgrade. The ice and beverage machines in our hallway were out of order and looked like they had been that way for some time. We were not told of a fuel sir charge until checkout and our credit card was charged for the room even though our room was prepaid. This resulted in a currency exchange charge that was unnecessary.

Ramada, Pocatello Idaho. Great location, clean. I laughed when the $2.99 optional breakfast included "one scoop" of scrambled eggs only. THe cereal was great and plentiful! The two-queen sized beds were a little slanted towards the middle, but clean. The exercise room had exactly two workout machines, neither of which were exactly in working order. But again, a good room value for your travel dollar.

It had good bones and structure but was 10 years past due on a remodel. It felt worn out and faded with lots of carpet stains. I was a little irritated to get a additional bill of l.99 for a electricity surcharge. It was a very small thing but I feel all taxes etc. should be complimentary with the room. Also it was doubly annoying when the lights next to the bed were burnt out and the coffee maker did not work. So I hardly think we used much electricity.

The Ramada Pocatello was very comfortable. There was a desk and two side chairs. The shower has the circular rods giving the shower that little bit of extra space for movement. There was internet in the room which was very convenient. The only downside was trying to find an outlet in the room to use for plugging in the laptop (ended up unplugging a lamp.) There was plenty of light, the air conditioner worked well. The downstairs rooms had patio doors that opened directly to the yard. The site has a nice restaurant for dinner as well as a nice sized cafe with a low cost breakfast.

Access highways. Everything out of order - internet, ice machine, pop machines. Okay hotel. Great location.

It was close to the interstate exit. Old hotel in need of repair, needs serious cleaning. Spacious entrance; Hotel clerk freindly, a messy desk was visible to customers at check-in. Room needed better cleaning - peanut butter on remote, sticky mess around light switch between beds, and splotchy sticky mess on floor in bathroom. Heating is either off or on - not thermostatically controlled.

I liked the availability of breakfast at low cost. The room wasn't very clean, the carpet edges were full of animal hair and dirt. The lobby was beautiful but not well kept. The hallways leading to the rooms were very dirty and drab. All the soda and ice machines in my area were out of order. The bed was comfortable and some of the plug-in were damaged or loose. The slider door was very dirty. A lot of dust on the walls. Housekeeping was friendly but not very thorough.
