Hot breakfast was surprisingly great. Didn't expect that. The price was unbeatable. Our stay was comfortable and we slept like babies because of the pillows and the beds.

Everything was great. Iwould have liked to know the pool and gym was under remodel whenI booked the rooms. Ihad a very pleasant stay the staff was friendly and helpful the rooms were clean.

Thank you so much for a great place to stay in Sacramento! Clean comfy rooms with lots of pillows and lovely decor! FREE BREAKFAST, Computer use is free and the room was nice and quiet! Was in town for two nights and had a great time...Restaurant and bar with a great happy hour! Loved my stay! Will be back soon! I have to rate this hotel high for the value you get..it was such a great deal for such a nice newly remodled hotel..so close to the Capital, old town, Down town, went to a conference and got around quite nicely from here...

I have read some real bad reviews for this place but I did not experience anything negative. Those were old reviews though. The staff at the front desk was friendly and hellpful. For some reason my reservation was not in their system and she called Travel agent herself and got it all fixed. No problem. The room is clean, roomy and a good deal. Good location for the price.

This hotel was in the process of being updated, so there was some construction of new hotel rooms right next to our room. They also updated their computer system about an hour after we checked in, so the new computer system didn't record that we were there. So, for 2 nights in a row we had people trying to check into our room at 5:30am. We worked it out the night before we left with the hotel staff and they graciously gave us the last night for free. The gym was small but had some good equipment that worked well and a tv to watch while running on the treadmill. The pool area seemed nice but the pool wasn't clean and up and running so that wasn't an option. The hot tubs were out of commission too. The room was nice, clean, and the staff was very nice. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room, so that was a good thing to have if you have leftovers from a meal that ou don't want to waste. The bathroom was nice with a showerhead that had different settings on it. Coffee maker in the room too. There is a restaurant in the hotel and a restaurant right across the street with some convenience stores right down the block. It was fine to sleep in, shower, and leave for the day if that's all that you need. But not really up for hanging out for a relaxing day. If the pool/hot tubs are all up and running it could be much more fun to just have a relaxing afternoon.

Beverage provide at check in. Cigarette smoke in room, that was labeled non smoking. Rooms faced Highway 80 - very noisy, woke up all night from traffic noise. Room was supposed to be non smoking but stunk of cigarette odor.

The hotel is centrally located to all convenient points of interest in the area, and easy to get to. The morning hot breakfast is absolutely wonderful - by far superior than other complimentary breakfasts offered at other hotel properties!. The food service (other than breakfast) leaves something to be desired. The staff is warm to say "hello" each time they see you, and having guest laundry facilities on site is a nice plus as well. The beds are very comfortable; perfect for recharging ones batteries each night.

Hotels are like men, some are good and some are bad. This hotel was lke kissing a frog but i didnt get my prince. Insted of a prince i got an ogre. For reals, this room was so ronchy. There were condoms all over my room and the worst part was that they were used. Ya this place was so sick. I even found pads on the walls. So dont stay here and deffinatly dont bring your children.

The Internet access was perfect. We had a great stay at this hotel. Great location, all the amenities, wireless internet, everything worked, quiet, small snack store at the front desk and gave us a map of the area.

I was nervous at first because I know that in the past there were bad reviews. But, the hotel has been renovated and I was pleasantly surprised at the level of space and comfort. it was pretty quiet and pretty clean. the bathroom was ok , but the room itself was fairly neat and clean. I enjoyed the free internet access and awesome full breakfast. I think the price was extremely good for what you get in comparison to the other hotels nearby.

The staff was very helpful and the room was very clean and convenient. I had no problems with anything. We were able to get into the room several hours before the check in time which was very helpful. My husband is handicapped and they were able to give us a ground floor handicapped access room without us even requesting it beforehand. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful and the hotel is conveniently located to the places we visited in downtown. I would definitely go there again.
