Easy central location. Comfortable bed. Good views of Manchester cityscape. Quiet. Services as described on website. Great breakfast buffet in an airy restuarant that had great views over Picadilly Park.

Hotel was excellent for a weekend break, very clean and comfortable. The hotel was excellent apart from the rooms being far too warm. You could not open a window and the air con was not sufficient.

the location of the hotel was superb for the venue we were in manchester for, it was also ideal for the motorway link back to Birmingham.

Horrible stuffy sweat boxNo ventilation to the room and no way of opening the window made for a uncomfortable stay. No air conditioning too, when I told reception they gave us a noisy fan which was so loud we couldnt here the telly or each other! Night time was appalling once fan off!The whole place was the same, breakfast was also sweaty and uncomfortable. It took us asking 3 times and 15 minutes for coffee. Plenty of staff stood talking though! We chose this hotel to be in the centre of Manchester and have a couple of days off, it was not a pleasent experience and I would not stay again! It also looks like its been refubished for £10 per room! I had booked a twin room, the room was small and the bathroom smaller. Lifts were a nightmare in the morning when going to check out.

ManchesterI was delighted with the Ramada. It's rare to feel this way about a hotel.Everything was OK. I could have done with free internet - in this day and age it seems an silly way to make money from customers. I had not problem getting a later check out time.

Over think a stay at Ramada ManchesterArriving early the receptionist did not have a warm welcome for us. She sent us away for come back in view hours. Terrible, at least you can say that you are very sorry but there are no rooms available yet, but can I help you with your luggage /where did you park your car/ Can give you some suggestions what to do for the next two hours! ! ! Very bad. The same woman helped us checking out also not very nice. The room btw was good, not that good! We wanted some roomservice but the phone wasn't answered

parking faux pasWhile the hotel, service and food were excellent in this welcoming and friendly hotel, the charge for parking was £12 per night and not £7.50 as stated in your advertisement. However my wife and I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel

only problem was that climate control in the room was useless so we spent a hot and airless night on the 10th floor, we couldnt open a window so neither of us got any sleep - for this reason alone I would not stay there again .

Ramada - Manchester PiccadillyWell located and of a very good standard but normal full price tariff is unjustified. Excellent alternative to other city centre hotels offering room rates of below £70. Bar prices are also expensive for what is labled as a 3* hotel. Standard double rooms are compact, very clean and comfortable. Windows are secondary glazed, which provides additional supression of any outside noise, although windows do not open so no option for fresh air other than the in-room aircon/heating system. My only real criticism is with regard to reception, which I have found on each occasion to be slow and under-staffed during the peak times for check-in and check-out. When calling from the room the telephone often goes unanswered for long periods and on three occasions it has been quicker to go down to the reception in person. However, I will stay here again and will choose it above all other hotels in its class within the city centre area but only at a room rate of £70 or under.

12 Floors up and counting! We stayed at this hotel because the price on offer was very attractive and we thought it was close to the MEN Arena. We arrived in Manchester early (too early to book in) but the reception staff were polite and helpful and armed with the city centre map they kindly provided us with, we set off to orientate ourselves before the evening's performance. The room was clean and comfortable and as we were on the 12th floor, overlooking Piccadilly Gardens, we thought it wouldn't be noisy. After the show we returned to the hotel for a few drinks before going to bed. We found the bar prices expensive but it was Sunday night and too late to go anywhere else. The traffic noise interrupted our sleep that night and we were both very tired the next morning. The hot buffet at breakfast was 'lukewarm' and the toast delivered to our table was cold but our main complaint was that the hotel had completely run out of preserves to accompany our toast!!
