When I first went into the room it was REALLY hot and stuffy. I turned the A.C. on and left the room for an hour. Everything else was great. The bar and grill has great food and the entire staff were great.

Our room door was by the exit. The AC didn't work. This hotel was in the middle of nowhere. There wasn't even a gas station for miles each way. The AC was broken and the TV only had 7 channels. The pool was nice though and the staff was friendly.

I cannot say Thank YOU enough! This hotel has the best staff by far! Our room was newly remodeled and the housekeepers did a fabulous job. The restaurant actually had normal prices, not the outrageous cost usually associated with a hotel. All of the bartenders at the sports bar were accommodating, and the food was great! Our family will be holding a reunion this summer, and I would recommend this Ramada to everyone! Great rooms, Great Staff, Great food! The property is large like a resort and even has banquet halls! I will be calling the corporate office to give my kudos!

The hotel was very gracious, helpful, willing to fix things that were wrong. We mostly were there for a place to go after our conference at the Wigwam Resort. It was very convient and easy to get to from or home, and to get to and from our conference. Being near the freeway was so nice! It was nice and quiet and adiquit for the price, plus it was just what we needed for a great price.

I refuse to go into details. I can say they would make you sick to your stomach....the room should not be used until the renovations of the room is done. This is a smoking hotel with smoke-free room. When you first walk in the smell will hit you like a titdle wave. We ordered food at the sports bar only having to request our order get check on 3 times.....the people at the front desk are rude and not very helpfull.

Hotel was OK for the money, but I wouldn't go back. The location is bad - no restaurants nearby. The bar/restaurant closed at 6:30 pm Sunday - Thursday, so you were out of luck if you worked later. There are a few fast food locations, but they're about a mile away. The whole place needs a renovation, especially the bathrooms and carpeting. However, the bed and linens were very nice and acceptable.

Location was good for me. Easy access to freeway. Bar in hotel was kind of seedy. Hotel was a good stop for me due to location near freeway and base ball parks. It was adequate in all areas.

This hotel has gone thru some major renovation! sports bar and grill was state of the art! with off track betting, flat screens everywhere and great food. rooms were okay but had new mattresses. front desk said new carpet and furniture was ordered. brand new pool was very nice! definately will stay again!

The location was close to relatives we visited. After reading some comments I was skeptical but was pleasantly surprised (realized that some of those comments were from as far back as 2005).Clean and nice value for the money. Continental breakfast was great. We would stay there again.

There was ample parking. The walls were paper thin. It was ok overall. Its downfalls were the walls were so thin that, I could hear my neighbor talking, the mattress had a dip in the middle that you rolled into and the shower was changed temperature. Severely and the head was so low I had to do a back bend to wash my hair. But the staff was friendly and ready to please, the free breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts I've had, the room was clean.

This is an extremely old and run down hotel. The rooms are dingy and the air conditioning is terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to everyone. I will never stay at another Ramada Inn again.

It was our first time staying in a hotel with the family. The place was nice the caffeteria workers were great and nice. The only thing I din't like was that we had requested a pool view. We did but we had a tree infont of the window and we cond't see the pool. But the rest was great.

Very nice and clean. Nice Flat Screens ! Elevator was closed and had to walk from floor to floor because out floor had no handles (club level)

No elevator to the second floor so we had to lug our luggage upstairs. It'sold and the rug is stained, there wassomeone else's hair in the sheets,the pool wasn't open when it said itshould be, we asked and they stilldidn't open it. Happened two days in a row. All the doors outside are verysticky, you have to pull and pullafter you insert your room key. Iwould never stay there again! Notenough help to get requests answered. Not worth any stars inour opinion.

The desk clerk was very helpful when we checked in. He changed us from a second floor to a ground floor room, which is very helpful when traveling with dogs. The room had a patio door giving us direct access to outdoors for those potty walks. The room was very comfortable.

Clean and welcoming. Not enough amenities, but ok for business traveler or just a good nights sleep. It gave us a get away that was close to home and peaceful. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

First time staying at a Ramada and will definitely do again. We chose this hotel for our 3 night stay because of it's close proximity to the Rio Vista Skate Park where the Volcom skateboarding championships were held. There were a lot of other skateboarding families from across the US and overseas who were there as well. The room was large, clean, had everything we needed including a nice bathroom. The bed was super comfy, parking easy, staff wonderful and helpful. Free breakfast, nice pool, restaurant had a pool table, the hotel lobby had a computer we could use, nice fitness center. The Ramada really added a nice touch to a fun weekend in the Phoenix area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and our next trip!!

Clean and affordable. The toilet tank took too long to fill. We had to use a bucket. Located within 5 miles of many attractions, restaurants and gym.
