Everything. Nothing. Great location, huge indoor lobby, great pool, management spends money to freshen up the place, this is an excellent stay for the money, very safe and comfortable.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel in November and enjoyed our stay very much. The staff gave us exceptional service and were very friendly. The room, pool, and sauna were clean and high quality. We ate in their restaurant and were very impressed with the cleanliness and homemade taste of their lunch buffet. For only $6.99 each, we were rewarded with a meal fit for a king. We were amazed that people around there would be dinning at fast food places with such a fine restaurant close by. We will be staying there often. The room rate was very reasonable at $72 compared to $52 at the nasty, sleazy Budget Inn (no amenities at all). Even if we don?t stay over night, we will eat at the Ramada. We have stayed at numerous hotels in Ohio and Kentucky over the years and this was the best experience yet. Keep up the good work.

my only comlaint is that even though we had non smoking rooms, they allow smoking anywhere so smoke would make its way into our room anyways.

Loved the indoor pool, onsite restaurant, andlovely setting. Some sort of free breakfast would be nice. We stay here often when traveling to Paintsville, KY. Hotel is a gem tucked away in the mountains! My children love the indoor pool and public spaces have games and ample room for kids to explore. Our room had a fridge and microwave which comes in handy when traveling with children. They have a great home cooked lunch buffet as well!

The common areas were very big and the decor was nice. The pool access to the outside was open, so the pool was cold. The hot tub was not very warm. I had a bad start at this hotel. Somehow i was given a room that had no running water. We had brought all our luggage in before we figured this out. They did give us a new room but did not comp us for the inconvience.

Close to town and site seeing. Got there at 3 PM 9 check-in time. Had to wait an hour so the room could be cleaned. I have stayed at hotel many times. This was the most difficulty I have experienced. Guess I have been lucky and may be I am making too much of the late check in, but I was hungry and tired and I thought it was unusual to be cleaning rooms at 3 pm when check in time was given as 3 PM.

The staff was so friendly and the hotel was so nice. The pool was awesome and the restaurant was fabulous. The only thing I would suggest would be to have the vents in the rooms dusted more often. This hotel was wonderful! I am looking forward to staying again and again. The people are so friendly and the hotel was so pretty and clean. The common areas were great and the food in the restaurant was exceptional. I will absolutely recommend this hotel.

Convenient to seminar we attended. Air conditioner was too noisy. View from our room was over the garbage bins.

Not overcrowded, convenient location to town areas, and family friendly! Hotel staff did not optimally respond to major sleep disturbance in room next door. This hotel is very close to family and friends in the area and provided a brief respite from the busy visiting schedule. The indoor/outdoor pool and game area is very family-friendly. Friendly staff, fair price, and overall good experience.

The beds were great, and the New Orleans type lobby was relaxing. It was warm in the indoor areas outside the rooms on the second floor. This was the second time I stayed at this motel and the beds were comfortable, the staffs were friendly and the open air indoor environment was very relaxing and cozy. It was very clean and the inside lobby and atrium resembled the outdoor landscape of New Orleans. It was within a mile of the several restaurants, a theatre, and Wal-Mart. It is also situated in a beautiful spot in the mountains, near Paintsville Lake. I would stay here again.

Very comfortable bed. Pleasant and helpful staff. Convenient to Lake, Route 23 Country Music Museum, the Old Home Place, and other attractions. Highly recommended. Great restaurant. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Great view.

The decor was wonderful and the amenities were excellent. Very friendly staff. The continental breakfast could be improved. There was none on Christmas morning and no place in town was open to eat. They should have realized this. The hotel is well cared for and maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful and try to make your stay wonderful for all. They never refuse to help with any problem you may have. The media center is a great advantage and the pool area air huge and wonderful. There is a large open courtyard and lounge areas through out the different levels for families or guests to gather and socialize.

I liked the hotel as a whole, I very much liked the restaurant being on location. My room was nice, however my bed was terrible! The heat would not function properly it was so hot we burned up and it was cold out. I would stay there again, just because it was a clean facility and the restaurant was excellent. However I would certainly check heat and bed before I unpacked.
