We were in town for a graduation. Perfect location from airport to interstate to graduation.

We watched Red, White & Boom perfectly from the hotel room! The pool heater was either not on or not working, the window had major previous leak damage. Extremely convenient for us, as it is about 2 minutes away from my brother's house and the rooms are ok, and it's nice that it has a pool. The breakfast bar is pretty good too! It is a little on the worn-out side, evident in the smaller details such as damage around the windows and is just really showing it's age since our previous stay a few years ago. However, from the second floor on the East side (I think) we saw the Red White and Boom fireworks perfectly! I think you can see them from the parking lot too since I saw people out there with their lawn chairs setting up. All in all, needs some renovating but still ok for the price.

I would stay here at this hotel again, if i do ever visit Columbus, OH area again. My family liked it very much because the staff was very nice to my children. The staff was very friendly and I really like how they spoke in a polite way. They also gave free popcorn and cookies with juice to my children. Also when I checked in they gave me and my wife free popcorn and cookies with hot coffee. Also their free breakfast was nice too. Everything was clean and organized in the morning from 7am to 10am, it was all fresh. I would difinetly stay here again and I hope you do too. They also gave a free shuttle to downtown Columbus. Also they picked my family up from the airport and gave us a ride back to the airport for free. I would like to say again, the staff was really friendly.

Convenience of a fridge and microwave and recliner. No restaurant. It was very pleasant and the staff was great.

This hotel has a decent breakfast in the morning, including hot waffles, and they allow pets, which allows us to bring our dog along with the family.

It's location was terrific! The desk was dirty and the recliner was broken and smelled. This hotel was newly renovated and it showed. The walls looked new, but some of the furniture looked used. The staff was very courteous and helpful upon check-in and when I called for information.

Great price; convenient location (near interstate and shops); complimentary basic breakfast (w/c I did not expect); staff attentive to my request Hotel is tuck at a dead end street past an auto lube center & a cash wash (unattractive location); windows need privacy screen or light curtain. Overall, I'm satisfied for the value I paid for this hotel. The unexpected complimentary continental breakfast was a big bonus. The waffle hot plate was a great feature, but the dough mix was awful. So, no one would use the hot plate again after they've tasted the waffle. Front desk staff was friendly. They let me check out late after returning from a marathon in Dublin, OH. The cleaning crew was a bit unfriendly (perhaps shy). I tried to say hi, but won't even look at me (just an observation, no offense taken). For the value and similar budget travel reason (running a marathon or other personal business), I will stay here again.

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, friendly staff, and free Wi-Fi. We missed the free breakfast because it closes at 9:00 a.m. and the recliner in our room was broken and in bad shape. We only stayed one night but this was a great hotel. It was very clean and very well maintained. Towels were plush and massage shower head felt great. Our room had free Wi-Fi which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows in the dresser drawers. We recommend this hotel for anyone. Long stay, kids, business, whatever. We were happy.

Friendly and clean. Made us pay an extra $10/ night for extra bed - wanted money in cash. OK.

Close to Polaris. Only smoking rooms, no help from front desk, Didn't respond to need of no smoking room. Then didn't respond to need of new pillows or blankets sheets said they had no more. Breakfast was dirty. Overall. A terrible experience.

"Hot" breakfast was what we wanted! I wanted rooms to fit my family; I was assigned queen bed rooms and had to pay the upgrade price. I was extremely disappointed to find out I had to pay another $20 per room to get double bed rooms instead of queen bed rooms. I shouldn't have to pay to get the less luxury rooms, especially for a family that needs the extra money for raising the kids. The receptionist was very "unwilling" to provide the upgrade/downgrade at no additional cost.

Nice surroundings, very clean, quiet, would definitely stay there again. The refrigerator in my room wasn't working. Very quiet and pleasant stay rooms very clean and set up well. Good nights' rest and would stay there again.

Convenient check in and check out. Air conditioner was very load. Overall, the 8 hours I was in the room was very pleasant with the exception of the air conditioner.

The location and easy access. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and everything worked. The only major complaint was the smell of smoke in the non smoking rooms.
Date of Stay:
November, 2006
Nothing. I asked for 2 beds and only got 1. My reservation was for an over sized room with 2 queen beds. When I arrived all they had was a room with 1 small queen size bed. I paid extra to have the 2 beds because I needed 2 beds! The desk clerk said that he could give me 2 roll away beds for $20.00 each - I was livid - then they only had 1 roll away. There were 4 grown women with a double & a roll away.
