Very clean and spacious. Liked the two sinks in the room - bathroom and coffee bar. The quality of the free breakfast was poor, butter/ cream cheese frozen. Greasy sausage patties, only hot food - and that was empty most of time. This hotel was very clean and new looking. Rooms were very spacious and we liked having the extra sink by the coffee bar/fridge. Since this was just an overnight visit, we did not have a chance to explore beyond the lobby and breakfast room. The free internet usage was a bonus. The only disappointment during our 9hr stay was the free breakfast. For the niceness of this hotel, we were shocked at the quality of the food and presentation. Besides the limited selection of muffins, bagels, bread, yogurt, apples, oranges and cereal, there were sausage patties and egg patties. We never saw the eggs, so couldn't judge them; but the sausage patties (which were slow in coming - 3 or 4 at a time) were very greasy, lukewarm and unappealing. The cream cheese and butter were so hard and cold that we could not even spread it on a hot bagel. We tried to soften them in the microwave; but since there were only Styrofoam plates available, we couldn't do it. Having real plates and utensils would have improved our impression greatly. However, since we didn't really come for the food, we would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is not the nicest. The woman at the front desk was alone and did not know how to do her job. There was no one else around and it ook at least 15 minutes to check in. I had the same experience when I called to check our reservation - I had to ask for the manager. The breakfast room was very small for the number of people and they served eggos as their "waffles" which were cold and hard. The one thing that made the experienc okay was that the hotel is new so rooms are still in good shape.

This hotel is new and is a great place to stay, only a few blocks from Departure Bay ferry terminal. It's quiet and serves an excellent continental breakfast, including waffles, toast and bagels and eggs and sausage as well as the usual continental choices. The staff were very friendly and willing to help - whether it be directions or where to find good food. The rooms are quite large, the beds comfortable, and everything is clean. I would highly recommend this property, especially at the current rate - it's a great hotel at a great price.
