A good hotel in a good area for shopping . Not to far from the Airport. We had a good rate. The staff was very friendly.The shuttle bus to and from the airport goes every 30 minutes and the shuttle to the cruise terminal was also very good arranged if your register on time. The maids where very helpfull. the AC though need to be checked and cleaned.

Friendly staff. Iron and phone did not work, wrong kind of room. It was nice to stay at for a short period of time but would not recommend it for longer than 48 hours.

Said free ride from the airport, but waited over an hour and had to call twice to get that ride. When we got there, had to give a 100 deposit at check in. You should let people know about this, as it could be a problem. I was not planning on giving them 100 since I already paid for the room. It was refunded at check out, but it still would have been nice to know. The room was nice, even in the midst of the construction. It said everything was available even during the construction, but the pool was not open. Also had problems with one of the elevators, thought we were going to get stuck on one of them when the doors closed, but it wouldn't go anywhere. So never used that again, which was not easy since we were on the 3rd floor. Did have transportation to the pier for our cruise, for 10, which was cheaper than what the cruise line offered, so that was nice.

Nothing. It is very dirty. Would not go to any Ramada hotel again, this hotel was so dirty, that I requested to be move to another one but Ramada do not care about customers, so very simple they lost a customer! So I found a nice an clean hotel in South Beach.

The web site advertised shuttle to the cruise ports, but did not indicate a fee, the site also advertised shuttle to and from the airport, but did not indicate that it was limited in the fact that on my return after my cruise, I stayed for an additional night and had any early flight out, the shuttle did not start until 7AM. I choice this hotel because of the chain name, and price but was somewhat disappointed.

Ihonestly cannot think of anything. it was disgustingly unclean and deovid of amenities The first 3 rooms I was given were too dirty for me to even consider staying in and when they finally found a clean enough room hardly anything in it worked the cable, the remote, the safe, the internet were all non-working.

This was the most discusting hotel I have ever stayed in! I realize it said they were under construction, but this was horrid. The room was sooo unclean! The tub was discustingly dirty, and there was hair and grime coating it! There were no trash cans in my room. There was nowhere to eat; restaurant was not open, and I tried to ask staff (very unfriendly) where I could get something to eat. I would never stay here ever again, and I do not recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed there just to sleep since most of our planning took place. The front desk indicated that we had too many more rooms booked than our original reservation, which was a hassle to fix. But, it was certainly a steal with regards to pricing.

Nothing special but it is anexpensive place. Not clean and neat, unfriendly. the only person that was friendly was a maid that I spoke with. Though she could not speak English well, she was very courteous.

I know that Ramada is under construction, but there was no excuse waiting for an hour because there was not enough staff (2 at desk, one of them training). The incoming customers piled up so quickly. The room didn't seem clean, espesially the bathroom. The sink, which seemed new, had the labels for hot and cold water were backwards. The front walk had a long strip of paper on it, but parts were flyning off. In spite of the excuse that there are renovating (which will not finish until spring 2009), the staff needs to learn customer service skills. I would not go there again, even when they have finished renovations.

if you are looking for a place to stay, please overlook this hotel, it is the nastiest place ever! I personally was appalled.. the first impression I had was the filthy hallway, the nasty carpet and the dimly lit halls... and to top it off, once I went into my room... there was pee all over the toilet, fool was dirty, towels were not white...they were yellow! To be quite honest a truck stop restroom is cleaner than this place. Do yourself a favor and keep going! this place should be torn down...I should had paid more attention to the reviews from other travelers.

The hotel is under reconstruction under new Ramada Inn logo, but the quality and the services are so bad that Ramada is losing face. It took almost 8 hours for me to get registered, and even when I was going to my room I had to wait for the cleaning staff to finish their work for another 10 minutes. This was most upsetting since as a customer I had no choice in declining. The staff is inattentive and poorly trained. The elevator is so old and dangerous I never used it. The water piper make loud noise throughout the night and day, so it was impossible to sleep. Anyone looking to stay at this hotel, be warned - this will be likely the worse experience, unless you are making a horror movie and using this hotel for your film.

The price. It's evening check in staff, the dirty rooms, the poor bathroom, safety. This is the second worst hotel I have ever stayed in and it is not what I expected from a Ramada. It is filthy, people were refusing to stay. We only stayed because it was late.

Nothing. Hotel is in very bad condition and needs renovation. Hotel wanted to charge an extra fee of $4.27 per day. This hotel is nasty and not clean. The rooms had not been renovated in many years. The sink had rust. The shower leaked and the carpet was soiled very badly. Hotel wanted to charge for a $4.50 a day extra to clean and for in the in room safe. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cheap. Cleanliness is an issue - see bugs in the bathroom. I would not recommend staying in this hotel. The room was not comfortable - very loud air conditioner, bugs in the bathroom. Also, the hotel charged me $4.55 for electronic safe and utility, as incidentals. I was not able to use the electronic safe, i.e. safe deposit box. Utility charge as incidentals (electricity and water, according to the front-desk personnel).

Faculty. Nasty. I wouldn't take a shower in the bathtub, it really needs renovation. The hall elevator was very scary. It groaned badly when going up. There was a very soft spot under the carpet and I kept wondering if I was going to fall through it. Needs big time renovation. The box spring was brown and yellow as was the mattress. Just plain nasty!
