Great customer service from start to finish. I was greeted as I entered the lobby and was checked into my room by the friendly and courteous front desk clerk. My room was spacious and newly remodeled. The bathroom granite counter tops were fabulous. The hotel is located in a nice area with many shopping and dining options. The have security on premise which for a single women traveler was an absolute plus. The have a restaurant and lobby lounge as well as a comedy club right on premise. If I had stayed longer I would have enjoyed seeing a show. The free breakfast was great. Not just you coffee and donut here they offer the works from eggs to waffles and fruit. The restaurant servers were very friendly and very efficient. Check out was a breeze and with bill in hand and a complimentary bottled water to go I was on my way. I had a great experince from start to finish and will definitely return.

The room was larger than most hotel rooms and had a beautifully tiled and granite bathroom, which was sparkling! Even though our breakfast was included in our rate, we had to wait in line for the made to order omelets. This hotel has it all. A great restaurant, nice rooms, a comedy club (nice surprise), and super location. We were visiting friends and it was convenient to be just off the highway, and also in a nice neighborhood.

The rooms are disgusting - smokey and dirty and small. The front desk clerk was unprofessional and inept. As for the free breakfast, there was no bread for toast and no milk for cereal which was all they had - so it's really just black coffee in a styro cup.

Came for the comedy club. Check in personnel. The hotel is hideously overpriced. You can stay at a new hotel next door, which is easily in walking distance. If you are coming for the Comedy Club --which was very funny--stay next door and walk over.

Overall this was a good hotel to stay at. The location is close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. The room was miss leading says on the web page that beds are queen doubles and they were full doubles. The wall socket did not work so we could not use the blow dryer or coffee maker. They have a military recuiter at this hotel and he knocked on my door at 12:00 am and asked if i was in the military. He saw my light on so thats why he asked. Breakfast bar was pretty good and was free with stay. The pool needs some work and the water was very warm. Staff was friendly and the hotel was cleaned very good each day. The beds were very firm and pillows very flat. My wife said she would stay here again. I would not, maybe im too picky but to me the good night sleep you should get in a hotel i did not receive on their mattresses.

Housekeeping did not clean our rooms at all on Sunday. Houskeeper on Monday am ran me out of the room so she could clean it and we had two rooms. The other room was empty, yet she demanded to clean ours that we were still packing in first. It was only 1000am. Checkout was 12n. Maintenence sucked. One of our rooms the refrig. did not work the entire weekend and was never fixed. I was put on a second level and wanted first, and when i got there and found out, the would not change my room. We were next to the interstate, and wanted to be put in the other side and again, we could not switch rooms. Very unhappy.

The food was awesome other than that i was not satisfied. The bathroom was dirty when i first arrived. The light over the sink did not work. It took me 25 minutes to get a new iron and i had to walk down to the front desk to get it because the front desk did not answer. Hence making me late for my dinner arrangements. The main part of the hotel to the front desk is locked at 10 and security is constantly walking around. The area around the hotel is sketchy. It is also where they put all the marines leaving for school up to stay. Its not like i chose the cheapest hotel in the area. There were a lot more for less $$.

The nice size room, the service and the atmosphere. I enjoyed the breakfast and the dinner. My visit with you was too short. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason whether it be for business or pleasure.

the ramada inn in mandarin was convient, easy to locate, excellant room and adminities, good resturant features, great service, friendly and helpful staff. i would highly recommend this location for convenience and location.

The room was better than I expected. Very nice and clean. Breakfast was bland. The hotel was great. I went down for the UGA/ FSU game. The location is about 20 miles away from the stadium, so that was inconvenient. Other than that, the hotel was clean, great big rooms, and we loved it. It was a pleasant surprise!

The front desk staff was very friendly as well as the bar staff. The room has tiles fall off the bathroom walls and the ac did not work. The room came with a complimentary breakfast. I found it very disturbing that breakfast cut off at 9:30 am. When we arrived at breakfast the staff never acknowledged our presence. It took a long time for anyone to wait on us and once we were waited on they never returned to see if we needed anything else. I was further disappointed that our room was not in good condition. The carpets were filthy. The tile in the bathroom was falling off the walls and the ac did not have a gauge that worked. It only remained one temperature. This hotel is very dated and is in need of much deferred maintenance and repairs. This use to once be a very nice hotel. It is no longer.

The Jacksonville Ramada was the best hotel for the money spent during our vacation. A few dead bugs in bathroom - room a little dark. We were very pleased with the Jacksonville Ramada Hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly - the lounge/bar and restaurant were beautiful. We weren't able to enjoy the comedy club but thought it to be a definite plus. Would not hesitate to go back!

Convenient location; helpful staff. First room was moist and sticky; moved to another room - much better. Conveniently located at 295 and san Jose, the Ramada mandarin is a decent place to stay for the business traveler and families who won't be spending much time at the facility, but need a place to crash. The food at gigs (restaurant on site) is competent and the pool is clean. Make sure to get a non smoking room and don't hesitate to ask the staff for what you need; they are helpful and courteous.

I was impressed with the look of the hotel. There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. Hotel was easy to locate of highway. First impression was wow. Rooms were very clean. Hotel staff was very friendly.
