We were there to watch NCAA track meet. The location could have been better, but for the price we sacrificed. It is about 20 minutes from the University of Arkansas and nice dining. For fast food options there are a few around the hotel.

Evening staff was friendly. Good size refrigerator and microwave in rooms. Queen beds! Manager did not care about or provide Customer satisfaction. Small rooms. Housekeeping was not provided even when requested to staff. Excuse was maybe housekeeper did not understand me English. I had to obtain clean towels, toilet paper and empty own trash. Lobby has chairs & TV, but no tables for gathering. Breakfast area with tables was locked to guests after breakfast. Business Center was not maintained, no pens, paper and printer out of ink.

The motel was located next to Interstate 540 and it was easy to get to Fayetteville. We were there to visit our granddaughter at the University of Arkansas. We liked everything about the motel. Rooms were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Although, motel did not have a restaurant, there were many close by. Staff helped to find a church for us with a print out of directions. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

The shower was great! The hot tub in the room was to small. We really enjoyed our stay, the clerk did not know answers to some of the questions I asked, but he was very nice. They were out of breakfast by 9:00 & it was suppose to last until 9:30.
