I liked the fact that it was easy to find and convenient to the place I was working. The person who prepared breakfast foods was not doing her job. The Ramada Inn was convenient, clean and easy to locate coming off Interstate 20. It was handy to the area where I was to work.

The staff was extremely nice. This isn't a new hotel by any means, but has been well taken care of.

This Ramada is a bit long in the tooth. Vanity mirror falling off wall, dirty walls, shower drain backed up, bed improperly made (fitted sheet inside out, mattress pad not completely on). The breakfast was okay, but they ran out of forks, coffee, they had no napkins, minimal cereal selection. Coffee was brewed when asked, but they weren't on top of things. The staff was nice enough, and it was all tolerable for the one night I was there, but had I stayed longer, I would have at least complained about the shower drain. Or switched to another hotel...

Overall, the room was clean but the sink could have had some caulking, it was separated from the wall. In the bathroom the shower curtain rod could have been anchored better to the wall. Could have been cleaner in the restroom. There was a short in one of the light next to the bed. You could smell the chlorine in the pool before you got to it.

Lighting over sink does not work, another light in the room also not working. Took three hours to cool the room after late evening arrival. This is a one-star location, at best. Water runs hot and cold, no regulation. By 7:30pm still waiting for room to be serviced.

They let us check in early. NA. We had a very good experience here, room very clean, very nice staff, and great breakfast (included) we will recommend this hotel to others for sure!

When checking in and checking out, the desk clerks were outstanding and all smiles. I really enjoyed my stay. We had a peaceful swim in the beautiful pool and the room was very cool and clean. I rarely have such a wonderful experience at other hotels. Thanks again!

Location. See below. We arrived at 10pm and were not given a room until 11:45. The staff was rude. Had the wrong address and credit card number for my Name and reservations. Gave the person ahead of me my room when he decided he wanted a non-smoking room at the last minute. Every person who is capable of working should have the opportunity if not it may be time to retire. Bathroom was not very clean and the bathtub was stopped up and took a long time to drain. I will not stay at this hotel again. If I could have found another one at that time of night I would have left.

Large rooms, comfortable bed, good AC. Lighting over sink was much too dim to be usable, one bedside light did not work. Chair upholstry was very dirty. Paint job in bath was very sloppy, cloth in basket for amenities was dirty. Good location and parking, easy to find.
