Friendly service ease of the hotel staff with anything that was needed. Worry free, Hassle free reservation and service from ORBITZ.

Child friendly atmosphere. We stayed here when we went to Sesame Place. Great hotel! Comfortable room, great playground, very nice staff. In the morning, they had 2 clowns for the children, one making balloon characters, the other painting faces. Overall, highly recommend. Not far from the park (10 minutes) and great price!

Good loacation right next to the PA turnpike. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Nice layout for morning breakfast.

For the price, doesn't get any better. The breakfast was particularily good, with waffle/pancake mix and waffle irons and griddles. Much better than the usual fare.

Helpful staff, large parking lot. Inconvenient traffic access to highway. Overall good service and accommodations. Weekend stay was less than desirable with children’s soccer teams running uncontrolled thru the facility. Management should have been more active in minimizing their behavior.

Hotel was nice and clean. hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was difficult to get to because you can not make a left turn for many streets intersections to get to hotel. Location not the best, but hotel was great.

Belgian waffles at the continental breakfast and playground for young children. Tattered American flag. I read some very bad reviews about the hotel. I find it hard to believe those reviewers stayed at the same place I did. The hotel looks like it recently had a makeover maybe that made the difference.

only thing I did not like about my stay they over charge me because I paid price dot.com and the she ask for my credit card did not look for the perregister

Extremely competent and helpful desk staff. Scary neighborhood! Clean, well furnished room. Comfortable beds. Nice shower/bathroom facilities. Breakfast could use more variety such as fruit, chocolate milk for kids. Would definitely recommend this hotel if it weren't located in such a run down and downright scary part of town!

The hotel was nice enough. My kid liked the playground and the pool, the breakfast was good, and the balloon artist was awesome. However, the location of this hotel is awful. It's hard to get to because you can't make a left turn off the road on which it's located. So you have to take a very round-about way to get to the hotel itself, even though you see it right across the street (4-lane road). You also can't turn left onto the road from the hotel, nor can you make a left turn onto a street from that road. So you have to take a lot of back roads to get to Sesame and it wasn't worth the trouble. I liked the hotel, liked our room, and the staff were great. They were very friendly and very helpful. But I doubt I'll stay again because of the location.

The king Jacuzzi room was amazing. The area is not the greatest. Amazing is all I can say.

"The hotel is perfect for a family with children, however all of the carpets are stained & look dirty, and the dining area was to small to accommodate families for the continental breakfast."

Play ground/kids area was nice lobby was clean. Understaffed, small suite. Our room was ready within 1 1/2 hours past stated check in time. Staff was courteous, but they were way understaffed. There is a nice playground and children's area. Problem was every hallway smelled of smoke. It is a small room with a king bed and a pull out couch right next to it to fit in the room. You have to move a coffee table in order to extend the bed. The whirlpool tub makes a big bathroom with an oddly small accompanying shower (and I'm 5'6"). We left there very less than satisfied.

"when arriving at the hotel the outside neeeded to be landscaped, grass was too long. They advertise a arcade/game room (one of the reasons why we booked the hotel). but there was none, it was removed. had to leave early because the children were bored!! not a great hotel for families with children."

Staff was very helpful and polite. The room smelled, our room had a bad leak, and the room was small. It was decent, however I have been to better.

I didn't really expect much from a Ramada but I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are nicer than most I've been to. It looks like they've spent a lot of money renovating this place.

The Playground & Pool. They left the pool open an hour later! There were no fitted sheets on the beds but flat sheets that kept falling off. The vacant room next to ours had an alarm going off at 6:30 am for about 45 minutes. After a call to the front desk it took them about 30 minutes to come up and shut it off.

"I hae stayed at this hotel more then once. The hotel is clean, safe and a great place to stay with kids."

Need new carpet in hallway and room looks old. Hotel very nice but the carpet looks old in 1st & 2nd floor hallways need new carpet in room cleaner not are keeping room clean carpet found old food under bed and object back of TV.

It's adequate & clean but the pool was closed and there are no restaurants near by and the hotels restaurant is not worth trying. Will stay closer to Sesame next time!
