Nice people, convenient to the highway. Shabby, tired, in need of a serious upgrade. Questionably clean floors. There are really no great hotels in Laramie - you stay where you can get. This one did not stand above the others, either.

Stayed 2 noc w/my parents and 11 y/o dtr. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. Their was mold on the shower curtains, hair on the floor, door w/knob was filthy. Carpet was stained, especially by door. Lock was very difficult to use and had to call the office to have assistance. Still does not work properly. Dtr disappointed the pool was cloudy and you could see dirt.Difficult to sleep as it was very noisy, doors slamming, people in and out all noc. The buffet dinner was very poor. Our noc was salsbury steak and fish. Breakfast was somewhat better. Felt sorry as their was only one girl doing all the work, as someone called in and no help. Usually Ramada's are pretty good, however this one needs some help.

I can't believe that Ramada allows these folks to use their name! The room smelled terribly of mold or mildew. The room accross from us had a black lab that barked us to sleep and back awake, over and over again, with no help from the front desk. Security is non-existent - the back door doesn't close. You darn sure don't want to pay there asking price if you have to stay here!

The beds were comfortable. The room was open and inviting. The bathroom wasn't very clean and the shower knobs leaked water. The tub wouldn't drain. It was a very nice hotel for the area.

On 05/05/2008, I called the hotel to make reservations for the following night on 05/06/2008. I was traveling with my elderly mother who is an amputee so I specified that I required a handicap accessible room with two queen size beds. The desk clerk took my reservation and assured me that the room would be available. We checked into the hotel the following night and found that the room had only one king size bed instead of two. I called the front desk and inquired why the room only had one bed instead of the two that I specified when I made the reservation. The desk clerk replied that there was only one handicap accessible room in the hotel and that it only had one bed. I told him that the clerk who took my reservation failed to inform me of that fact and took my reservation even after I specified my requirement of two separate beds. His reply was, ?What do you want us to do about it?? I replied I expected them to find us an adequate hotel and correct their mistake. I returned to the front desk, there were two desk clerks and neither was willing to cooperate in rectifying the situation. They refused to call other hotels to attempt to find adequate accommodations claiming they did not have either the time or the phone numbers. Their solution was to charge extra for a roll away bed. At this point I told them to cancel my reservation and I left in disgust. As a result of this encounter, I will probably not consider Ramada hotels nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Motel offered free buffet dinner, drink and breakfast. Our nonsmoking room smelled smoky and have some fulltime guests. The friendly staff made our stay tolerable.

Free dinner buffet + continental breakfast + friendly staff + computer internet service + indoor pool + workout room. In a state of disrepair + maintenance issues + Spots on ceiling + old tub. Hot tub out of order + no refridgerator/freeze. Services/staff were decent and friendly. Hotel was in disrepair, flooring needed to be replaced, in walkways. Bathroom was disgusting! Had guests over and was embarrassed when they used the bathroom. Shower head and ceiling needed to be replaced or painted and repaired!

Lighting was bad, dirty stairways, landings and entrance to the hotel.

Wonderful, comfortable beds andquiet location. Shower was not overly clean, there were signs of water damage and no plug in tub to take a bath if desired. Larger coffee pots in the room would be nice, although for the size of pots there were; at least the coffee bags were appropriate. The facility was very easy to find and the location was reasonably quiet.

Clean, nice beds and great breakfast included. A train horn at midnight or so. I was very pleased with this hotel and was glad to have such a nice room at such an affordable price. The included breakfast was great too with fresh made omelets.

Allowed early check in. Complimentary breakfast was not stocked, food quality was poor. Near train traffic. Lesser quality than I expected from Ramada. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, the room needed to wiped down for dust not feather dusted, there were no laundry bags, etc. The offer of a complimentary dinner was a surprise - we expected a buffet but were greatly disappointed by the quality and buffet attendants. Many guests were waiting on emptied warmer pans - some of which were never filled and when they were it was very disappointing. The hotel would be better off not to make a disappointing offer.

Right across the courtyard from the pool. There was a huge hole in the bathroom ceiling! The hotel met our accommodations just fine but the front counter staff was flaky and we waited 15 minutes to check out before anyone even came to the counter! The room was basically clean - linens, bathroom, etc, but there was a huge hole in the bathroom ceiling, the tub knobs were broken and there was a dirty fork on the floor by the window. I think things were just overlooked, but I don't think you should put guests in a room with a gaping hole in the ceiling; weird!

Offered continental breakfast. The trains and freeway noise kept me awake. Breakfast items were out. About twenty-five of us didn't get much because the items were out. My sister took the last banana, laid it down to help my niece make a waffle and someone stole it. My mother-in-law and niece couldn't get exercise equipment to work. The hot tubs jets wouldn't work.

Clean, staff was accommodating. Extremely poor management. We cannot recommend this hotel. The facilities are in poor condition and newly remodeled means fresh paint over the poorly repaired holes in the walls. The bullet casings in the parking lot and the shattered glass in the security door made us very nervous about our safety. The painted waferboard on the walls in the restaurant was on par with the treehouse I built for my kids.

The pillow top beds were very comfortable. The door to my room let in all the light from the hall way. For motel with Ramadas name on it. It really was poor & in desperate need of a remodel. I had about 1&1/2 minutes of hot water for a shower no matter what time I took it. Everything except the beds was ratty. The security door was glass broken and fixed with duct tape (ala Red Green Show) This was not even a 1/2 a star motel.

Nice staff. Had to go and ask for fresh towels and coffee for room. The breakfast was good. Complained about our room not being made up each day, but it didn't seem to help. That was poor service.

The bathrooms were as small as a closet! Although the hotel sits right off of the Interstate, it is awkward to get to. The pool and hot tub were nice. The restaurant in the hotel doesn't offer any kind of variety other than sandwiches or burgers.

Good sized room. Gave us a king for a double price. Free breakfast bar was not kept well supplied. The old Larmie stand by hotel. Nice accommodations, but nothing fancy. Well kept facilities. Short on staff for breakfast.

The breakfast was tasty. Our non-smoking room was filled with smoke when we entered. After I went to the desk and asked for a new room, the staff person was very helpful and placed us in a different room on the same floor. This room was only slightly better-there was still plenty of smoke in this "non-smoking" room.
