Hotel staff was friendly and accomading, but was dissapointed in the cleanliness of the bathrooms.

House keeping did not touch our room. I had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels and wash cloths. This hotel disappointed me in that we never got our room cleaned up during our whole stay and we stayed 2 nights. I requested several times that they clean it at the front desk but nothing happened but promises. Also, my room was stationed by the employee laundry room. This made it hard to sleep at times. I just really didn't enjoy the hotel like I thought I would, however, the free local calls saved me on my cell phone minutes. There's not really much to say. It wasn't a horrible experience but it was a good one either and I had my kids with me.

Only spent one night, but it was a nice stop over. The free breakfast was fine. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. Had a microwave and refrigerator. Much more reasonable cost than the ones I have stayed at just a few miles down the road and just as nice. Only negative would be no elevators if you have luggage.

The staff was very accommodating. There were no elevators. This is a great hotel to stay at. Free wifi, mini fridge, coffee + coffee maker, iron + board, 2 beds, TV and pool. It has everything you need and was clean. There were no elevators so that made unpacking/packing a bit of a chore. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I recommend this hotel to anyone who will be staying in the area.

Nothing. Room had a awful scent. I have gotten a handicap room and I don't know why. Anyways the room was not comfortable for me in general and bathroom was too small. The location of this hotel was not very impressive. It was too far from the airport.

It seemed clean and some of the staff were helpful. We asked for popcorn to be made & were told not now one time another day it was not today. It was excellent in all ways except what I mentioned already and I would recommend it to a friend or family.

Free breakfast is always great. Chair in our room was very dirty. This hotel is fine for a quick night's sleep and a simple continental breakfast (though they didn't have any cinnamon rolls when we were there). The chair in our room was filthy, but otherwise everything seemed clean enough. Staff was friendly as well.

Everything went well except for the road detours. Not your fault. Not there long enough. It was no problem. There was only a minor mix-up on the bed selection. No blame. It was resolved nicely. Thank you.

The staff and quarters were very nice. I was charged two additional times for the same room by the desk clerk and the hotel. I had no problem with the staff or the room, but can't understand why they needed my debit and credit card which later showed charges for the hotel. I am presently attempting to recover these funds.
