The bad: the bathtub was a bit mildewy, and the carpet around the a.c. was wet. I also seemed to be in the same wing with many loud people. The good: the staff was great -- they were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was located right off the highway, so it was easy to get to and my room was bigger than I expected it to be. Aside from the bathtub and the wet carpet, the rest of the room was clean and tidy. It's also close to a lot of food options -- McDonald's, Denny's, a waffle house, etc. so my Dominos delivery arrived in about 20 minutes. I found the Bennigan's on site to be a bit much for what I wanted to spend on food, but it certainly would have been convenient. I was in town for a conference, so I didn't spend a lot of time in the room, but the time I did spend in there was comfortable. I also wasn't able to check out the pool or fitness center, unfortunately. I would definitely stay here again whether I was visiting for business or pleasure.

This hotel was the worst!It had mice..and MOLD on the walls.The people in the room next to us came out screaming due to a mouse IN THEIR BED! The service was absolutely horrible, and they were very rude to my family.The Bennigans inside the hotel was okay..If you want my opinion..DO NOT STAY HERE!It was not worth the drive, or the stress.

First of all , sheets were not clean and i had to ask to change them...there was no coffe maker in the room...they charged for the breakfast...room was not so clean .

We stopped here on our way to TN for one night. The one washing machine they had was broken, the wireless internet didn't work and we called the desk and asked them who their internet service was through and they didn't know. The TV guest check out didn't work. There was no counter space in the bathroom for your items at all. The bed was uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The hotel was OK. It was about right for the price...not quite in town, but close enough, not the most spotless room ever, but not dirty either. The staff was friendly and the beds comfortable but the AC was a bit warm.

Staff was very friendly. Room could use some updating. Overall I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff was friendly and the restaurant had good pricing for food offered. It could use some updating, but it was decently decorated and clean.

Horrible! This hotel in no way deserves a three star rating. The lobby appears nice but when you go down the hall to the rooms, the walls are worn and marked up. I requested a non smoking room and the room I got reeked of old smoke. The carpet was stained and the room overall was creepy. There is no elevator and you must carry your luggarge up the old worn out stairs.

A/C could have been better - cool but not as cool as we like. Bed was very comfortable but pillows were awful - flat and hard. Stingy on towels. Otherwise clean and satisfactory and reasonably priced.

Proximity to the interstate. Poor maintenance. This is obviously an older hotel, in need of some maintenance. The first thing I noticed was the room was warm and muggy but the AC was running so I assumed it was on motion sensor and may have came on as I entered. I then noticed that one of the bedside lamps was missing a bulb.

My boyfriend and I came to Indianapolis to celebrate my birthday, with lots of things to do within driving distance of this hotel, we thought it would be perfect. Check in was fine, the staff the whole time we stayed was wonderful and very helpful, no complaints there. However, when we got to the room I immeadiately went to the bathroom to check the cleanliness and when I went to turn on the light, it did not work. My boy friend ended up fixing it by twisting the flourescent bulb. Paint peeling from the ceiling and no exhaust fan so when you take a shower with no water pressure, the bathroom steams up unless you leave the door open. The main area smelled of cat urine when you turned on the heater and the curtain had holes in it. I can't blame the construction zone that this hotel was located in on the hotel, that is not their fault, but it made it horrible to get in and out of during traffic. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to a friend.

Restaurant was good, staff was good andindoor pool was OK. Outdated, a bit dirty grounds, not well kept and outdoor pool was a wreck. OK to stay for a cheap alternative.

1st room-wallpapper falling down,bed pillows had hair on them,plastic bag over smoke detector,filter housing on ac/heater would not stay shut,2nd room-hole in walls, door to outside broke had to walk through hotel to get to auto

The hotel was in a decent location for why we were in Indianapolis, but having stayed at other Ramada Hotels, we were very disappointed in this one. This is a two story hotel with no elevator. We were told by the front desk that ice machines were on each floor, but they weren't, we had to go downstairs to get ice. The air conditioner never cooled the room, but that could be because there was no cool air in the halls at all. The window opened sideways with no way to stop someone (like a child) from falling out. The carpet was very soiled and the sofa had dust on it as if no one had cleaned it. We were not given enough towels for two people to shower and wash hair. There was a Bennigan's Restaurant attached to the hotel. The food was very good and most of the staff there was good. But, on the Sunday night we ate there, they had run out of baked potatoes and substituted something else without asking first. There are several fast food restaurants in the area at least.

our ramada stay was comfortable. i do believe they need to do some repairs to the room.(ie; wallpaper boarder as falling in one area. the bed had a board under the mattress to keep it from sagging.) they did provide a rather nice breakfast. all in all it did serve our purpose for one night.

Hotel staff and restaurant staff very friendly; shower was great. Non-smoking room smelled like it used to be a smoking room. The location and staff were great. But, this is an older hotel that has some wear. The room was clean and suited our needs, but there were no frills. The room smelled like it was a smoking room even though it was non-smoking. The non-smoking sign was just taped to the bathroom mirror, so it seemed like the room may only be non-smoking part time. I would rate this as a one-star, not a two-star.

Not much. The sheets, pillows and towels were nasty and worn out. Would not want to ever pay money to stay in this hotel again! It took 25 minutes to check-in with only one other person that ever came to the counter. The furniture and linens in the room wear ripped and extremely worn out.
