I was not inpressed by the staff at all. The price of our room was not inexpensive and I would have expected more. The beds were very comfortable. The halls were smoked filled but what could stop people form smoking when they have ashtrays right in the hallway. I would have expected a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor. I ended up craming towels around the room door so the smoke did not come in my room. I couldn't sleep with the horrible smell. The carpeting in the room was dirty and sticky so I figured the bathroom would be bad to but to my surprise it was clean, and I felt like taking a shower. Lets talk breakfast that was served from 6-10am each morning. We arrived at 8am the food offered was very picked over without any one willing to replenish the most popular items. Two donuts left in a donunt box scraffed up by the young man who followed us in, no one bothered to bring in more. Plenty of stale bagels though. I asked one of the staff for creamer for my coffee. The staff member said yes but I had to interupt there little get together they were having as they stood together eating breakfast watching TV and chatting about their home lives. Checkout didn't go any smoother. There was one person checking out in front of me. As I waited my turn another couple came up after I had been waiting 15 mins to check out. The women at the counter began to check them out. I spoke up politely and told her I had been next after waiting 15 mins. Then when she found out I book the room on line she was so rude I wanted to crawl in a hole. I was'nt expecting treatment like Walt Disney World but I didn't paying $85.00 a night to get treated like that, dirty sticky carpeting and a smoke filled room in a non-smoking room. I quess you can gather I was not impressed or happy to say the lest staying at the Ramada in Henderson,KY. I'll be spending more time in and around Henderson but it won't be at the Ramada in Henderson,KY. I normally write good reviews on my stay but I did not hav

Clean breakfast area. The smell of the room. I would not stay there again, the room did not smell good and the sheets did not stay on the bed.

Housekeeper was very nice. Counter staff was unfriendly. The motel was a remoded luxury motel, carpets were a little old. We met one maid in perticular that was super in friendliness and helpful. The check-in staff was not friendly at all.

Good location. We did not like that the sink was not in the bathroom, for sanitary reasons. This hotel provided decent accommodations for the money spent.

Clean, friendly, continental breakfast. This hotel fit in our time schedule as we traveled farther south. Comfortable as we had king, non smoking a requirement for us.
