To begin with, the key cards to my room did not work and I had to stand in the steamy hall waiting for a staff member to open my door. The room was quite large enough for me, the fridge worked well, and the bed had a new mattress which was very comfortable. However, the dead bolt on the door didn't work, and the bathroom lights were probably burned out since there was on light in there. Since I arrived after 7 in the evening, the restrauant's food left much to be desired, the pasta on the steam table was soggy, as was the green vegetables. It was not a pleasant meal, and the price made it even more unpleasant. Since both times I stayed there, I was working, and didn't have time to search out better dining facilities, I must tell you that in general I felt the cost versus amenities just left to much to be desired.

Large room, easy entrance. Staff, was not as clean as other places I have stayed. Extremely nice lobby, restaurant was closed, they had earlier construction that day and seems not good. This place reminds me of the Econo lodge.

I stayed here over a weekend and even though I made my reservation though the official Ramada website they overcharged me substantially then refused to correct it. I filed a claim with Ramada and I'm crossing my fingers I can get some of my money back. But a big word of WARNING according to the management they don't honor ANY reservations made online....even when made through the Ramada website. Other than that it wasn't a great stay. Hotel was very dirty with noticeable stains on the carpet and dirty bedspreads. Please just save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

Like the other viewer stated, yes the staff are very polite. The room was ok. We were excited that we had the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi didn't work. There was no pressure. We purchased bubble bath and the entire jacuzzi experience went down the toilet. We called to make sure our crib was reserved, when we arrived there were no cribs available until the next morning. There was a book with the Ramada menu, everytime we try to get some room service there was a problem. Fine the first night we called late. Second night we were told that the kitchen was closed, the book said they close at 9pm, it was 8pm. Third dayi called for breakfast and they said the was a power outage and the kitchen was closed for the day. We went on an outing upon the return I called to confirm what I was told in the morning. I was told that dinner was being served and it was a buffet. We went to dinner there wasn't much to choose from. The fish taste like the already made fish to heat up.The sausages just didn't tast right. The mash potato, I have nothing to say if you can't cook mash potato. The only thing that was ok was the baked ziti.Oh the sprite tasted like seltzer water. the dishes were dirty. The menu they place in all the rooms are entrees they don't even serve. My husband an I asked the lady in the restaurant if we can get some items on the menu..disapointed. The pool is always closed. If you are simple people, love to enjoy yourself and relax and get wat you paid for, this is not the place.

Cleanliness, friendliness, comfort. Excellent! Breakfast was good but we were missing condiments for our toasts (jam, PB, etc.). Lovely location.

Booked this hotel through online travel website and lost the $* booking because the premises were in bad conditions due to remodeling that forced me to cancel my reservation and moved to the Best Western down the road. If I knew construction work was in progress I would not reserved. Check in and lobby areas were filthy and stinky. The Cuban employee who took care of me was great, but the Puertorican young lady who arrived later and cancelled my reservation had an attitude. The lady at the best Wester gave me a discount for been forced to pay the night at this franchise hotel.

Fridge in room. Not even a 2-star in my opinion. Okay, I must try to be objective here since I usually stay in 3-stars. But I used to stay mostly in 2-star and I don't think this one is even that. Very old and not too clean. Desperately needs a remodel. No sofa or even a lounger chair of any kind in king rooms.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The bathroom was not clean. The staff was very disrespectful. The staff should be retrained to deal with the hotel's costumers. They behaved very uneducated and were very Nasty.
