It met minimum expectations.... everything was fine, just not great or outstanding.

Easy access. Dirty. The hotel needed updated, the stairs were dirty, the carpet looked worn and dirty. They put the sheet on top of a down comforter which I think is disgusting because I know they don't wash the comforter every time someone leaves. We stripped the comforter off and used just the sheet. Our room was on 2nd floor and faced the inside toward the swimming pool. The sound from the pool came in through the air conditioner and people were still in the pool at 2 am. I was so glad to leave that hotel and move to a quieter and cleaner one. Will never stay there again. Too pricey and poor quality.

The service at this property was very good. All questions were answered quickly and efficiently. The entry carpets were dirty when we came in and were even worse when we left 2 days later.Housekeeping made our bed after the first night ,left clean towels and emptied the garbage cans. The did not wipe anything or vacume. The pool was full of sand when we got there and was still there when we left.At best a mediocre effort by cleaning staff at this property.

Wonderful location, right off Highway 29.The architecture shows its age, but the facilities far exceeded its looks.I was there to play an organ dedication. Upon my arrival I briefly used the room to shower, etc. and then went to the church to prepare for the concert. The room was huge, and spotlessly clean. It had all the amenities that one could wish for. After the concert I came back to the room, relaxed and then enjoyed a wonderful sleep ion the king size bed wonderful sleep in the king size bed. Hopefully next time I can bring my wife so that we can enjoy the place together. I did not eat in the hotel, but I did look at the room-service menu and it looked excellent. Lots of variety and wonderful prices. Due to the shortness of time there was little chance to interact with the desk personel, but both the check-in and check-out were handled in a friendly and very efficient manner. Definitely a place to come back to!

Nice size pool, comfortable bedding, warm and friendly lobby. Pool was too warm.

Decent hotel foer the price. If you get a pool room its like an extention of the room. We ordered pizza one night and ate it at a table just outside our room so the kids could swim all evening. The room was nice and clean and I think recently redone.

Just average, room was better than the bar and common areas.

Liked the fact thatthe pool is adults only from 11:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Hotel staff need to ensure children are out of pool by 11:00 p.m. We were quite comfortable in the rooms - great pillows and lots of them! Would have been nice to have a mini fridge, but we made do. The pool was great and the fact they have an adult swim time and are open until midnight was wonderful after a day of shopping! The sound proofing wasn't the best, but not enough to keep me awake.

Ramada Grand Forks was a nice hotel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially they love to help people and they knew a lot about the school, UND. That helps a lot to the upcoming students and their families before they moved into the school.

I love the fact it has a lounge and a restaurant. We found a couple of ants in the bathroom, kind of icky but we survived. Was a very nice location, wonderful restaurant and hotel lounge.

A variety of things to do right at the hotel was very nice. Although I feel the room rates were a little hight especially if a person checks in to just stay over night and doesn't get a chance ot use the amenities. Also the pool area should stay open all night to accomodate the adults staying over night. Over all it was a nice place to stay.

Very attentive staff and very friendly. Exceptional staff. Very quick to assist with any questions or issues. Facilities are in need of modernization but the food is very good and not unreasonable.

Very nice the hotel had a good bar.

The hotel needs to be upgraded. The non smoking rooms are next to the smoking room. We had to stuff towels under the doors so that the smoke stayed out of our room. The halls, stairways and rooms look old.

The place was comfortable, quiet, and had a good hot tub. We have lived near Grand Forks for over sixteen years and stayed in hotels at least twenty times. I have not tried them all, but I suspect the Ramada is the best hotel value in the city. Others are less expensive, but seem cheaper in the negative sense of the word. Some are a little nicer.

Spacious rooms with a nice breakfast. The TV channels would begin fuzzy before clearing after 5-10 minutes.

Huge parking lot, large room, microwave and refrigerator. Door didn't close tightly and no continental breakfast. This is a very nice hotel. I will stay here for all my business trips.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Still needs some updates done. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is starting to get dated. They have done some updates but need to keep going.
